Apar**ent hotel, open kitchen, no kitchen utensils, but a refrigerator. In the hotel area at home, there are many hotels nearby. The environment is very good. The breakfast is quite satisfactory. The bathroom is lacking. There is no dry and wet separation. It may be due to rain. The room is a bit damp.

I wanted to book the hotel next door, because there was no room, I thought it would be no worse to be separated by an iron fence! wrong! Very wrong! Objectively speaking, the conditions in the room as shown in the picture are real, and the sanitation is also good. But the external environment is too bad, especially when checking in at night, I also met strange black people wandering around before and after checking in! It feels so bad! Because the rooms are open from one small building to another, it is the type of apar**ent complex like a local two-story building. It may be convenient for a large family to stay. But it's too scary to check in when there are fewer people, and there are people passing back and forth outside the house at night. Because it happened to be a room on the first floor, the main unit of the air conditioner was right outside the window, and the noise was huge! Couldn't sleep at all for one night! Guests who want to book this hotel should think carefully! Or pre-remark conditions! p.s. Anyway, I won't stay here again. I was so scared that I didn't even have time to take a photo, so I checked out early. The worst thing is to check out early and communicate with the hotel, but the hotel has not responded! Great rooms with very friendly staff. Small issue corrected very quickly. Variety of breakfast items with the hot items changing on a three day cycle. Plenty of food options very close.

Another great stay! We’ve been here before and we will be back. The front desk employees are always welcoming and accommodating with whatever service/supplies you need. The ladies and gentlemen who make the breakfast in the morning do an outstanding job and are very personable.

Too many homeless people walk through the parking area. Don’t feel safe. Security presence is not consistent. But having a kitchenette has it’s advantages. Wish they would change their sofa bed. So uncomfortable just to sit in.

Overall GREAT stay, very peaceful & comfortable. The only hiccup was that when I went to take a shower, the smoke alarm activated. I received a call from the office and was ask to come down. It was my first time staying at this location. So the lady at the front desk basically talked at me and told me that “oh you are supposed to turn the vents on when showering” (there was a hall light so I said I did not know basically like carry on and agree to disagree. THEN she went on to say the room smelled like smoke yet I was gone to the store and unloaded all in 40 mins of arriving, I had just came back when she called the room and there was no smoke but it surely did smell like soap and shower steam. THEN she said she was getting complaints about people being in my room but again I just got there and on my way to the office I witnessed a group coming from a neighboring room. I verbalized that I felt like I was being harassed and that it’s no one’s business who is in my room unless it’s the office so why would a stranger report the number of people rather than a noise complaint?!? If you are going to assume there’s smoking and bad activity then physically seeing for yourself suffice rather than hearsay. If she would had came then she would had smelled tacos not “Smoke”.
