Trato excelente, muy buen servicio nos ayudaron ha alquilar una moto, nos proporcionaron crema para el cuerpo, todos muy gentiles.
Las habitaciones nuevas muy bonitas y la cama muy cómoda, el aire acondicionado nuevo y sin olores.
Un 10 volveremos

Hotel in a very good location, na car parking but still very well-kept, clean, tidy. Incredibly nice servic, I believe that people make this place even more enjoyable and pleasant. I highly recommend.

. We had a lovely week in Es Mercadal at Hotel Jeni. The room was very comfortable and the staff were lovely. Annabelle and the waiter were particularly helpful. It’s a fantastic position to see the island. Monte Torro is also a great walk. we spent several very enjoyable nights eating in the hotel bar- delicious! Lao room was very well cleaned on a daily basis. On a side note the bus routes just down the road are excellent.

El personal, tanto de recepción como del restaurante, fueron muy amables y atentos.
El horario de la piscina, por otro lado, me gustaría que hubiera sido un poco más amplio, ya que a las 19:30 se cerraba (y a esa hora todavía estaba visitando sitios)

Hotel sencillo y caro para lo que es, con un restaurante aceptable y un personal de recepción y dirección decepcionante. Como tengas un problema con la reserva, reza un padre nuestro y espero que tengas más suerte que nosotros, porque hemos tardado 3 meses para que nos devuelvan el importe de una reserva que tuvimos que pagar dos veces ( una al proveedor y otra al hotel) porque no saben hacer su trabajo. Se ahogan en un vaso de agua, y si te descuidas te engañan. Una vergüenza.

Un acierto total este hotel. Calidad precio muy bien. Muy limpio todo. El servicio muy atento. La ubicación inmejorable ya que se encuentra en el centro de la isla y te permite desplazarte a todos lados en poco tiempo. El último día como has de dejar el hotel por la mañana, te dan la opción de guardar las maletas y ducharte si tienes el vuelo por la tarde/noche.

Trop cher, service déplorable! 245€ Pour une chambre avec un canapé lit plus un grand kingsize.??! Dans un 3* sans plus.
Carrelage hyper glissant pas adapté à la pièce d’eau. Pas de savon… les plus petites quantités de gel imaginables.
Les serveuses remplacent la réception entre 13h00 et 15h00.
Personne pour commander un taxi…
Seuls les jeunes serveurs se sont montrés sympathiques dans cet hôtel sans charme qui se révèle être beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu’il offre.
Seul le petit déjeuner est à la hauteur du prix (non inclus dans le prix!)
