Club Hotel Aguamarina

Just back from a week here and I can’t wait to return! First time at this hotel but it ticked all the boxes when we booked. For ease I’ll break down into sections:- Hotel/Facilities:- Can’t fault it. Clean, well maintained (saw maintenance every day/night pottering about keeping it clean and safe). Block B seems a bit dated compared to Block A and could do with a bit of TLC especially the corridors/rooms but that’s being picky. Check in took about an hour and was soooo slow. Especially after travelling. I ended up taking the girls on a tour of the hotel while my husband waited. The play park was a major hit for our girls and it’s really lovely. As was the mini golf, table tennis and kids club. My eldest also raves about the waterslides. Room:- We booked a standard family room (twin beds and a bunk beds) which was in Block B. On arrival it was on the small side but clean and no real issues. Nice size balcony over looking the pool. Unfortunately we had the worst neighbours so we had to complain. The shouting/swearing in the corridors was another level and scaring my children. The hotel was already aware of the situation and agreed to move us the next day. We did pay to be upgraded as also wanted a bigger room. Got moved to Block A to a double adjoining room and it was sooo much better (and quieter). Room over looked the entrance to the hotel but still nice and like I say quiet!! Food:- We preferred to eat in Block A restaurant as it was much quieter (and a better view of the sea). There was enough choice but I was starting to get a bit bored by the end of the week. The snack bar, Pizza and free snacks were a mega bonus for the kids though. Also the smoothie truck on the beach was a nice touch. We didn’t drink alcohol so can’t comment on the bar but other drinks were fine. Next time I would explore the area a bit more and eat out a couple of times especially to try some local foods. Pools:- They were cold! Even the ‘heated’ one. My girls didn’t spend as much time in them as they normally would as it took so long to warm up when they got out. Get there for opening for Block B pool as the sun beds go quickly. We tended to start there then move to Block A pool after lunch (then head to the beach) we only used the splash pool twice as it was soo cold my little one wasn’t bothered about staying in it. Both my girls did get cut toes and feet unfortunately which we put down to jumping in and the pool tiles. Next time I would take swim shoes with us. Lifeguards were amazing. Very chatty with us and the kids and very attentive. Safety was their priority which means no big inflatables so they can see any one under the water. We went hand luggage only so hired towels from the hotel which were fine and changed daily. But you can also buy them from the supermarket on site for a few euro! Entertainment - My girls only took an interest in the kids club in the last 2 days but enjoyed it when they did go. The staff are amazing and so fun. Mini d

Every year my mum, daughter (5) and I do a girls trip and we decided to book Menorca along with this hotel. Before booking I read the reviews and tried to see if there were any videos/reviews on tiktok and Instagram. The reviews didn't seem that bad and the location seemed OK so we booked. On arrival the front desk service was OK nothing special. When we got to our rooms I couldn't believe how small it was and for 3 of us to fit in there. We had hardly any room to move around. We had a room overlooking the pool and we could see the entertainment stage also which came in handy as my daughter does not tend to stay up late so watching the entertainment from the balcony worked for me. Let's talk food as someone who is a meat eater (apart from pork) I could not find anything for me to eat. The pizza was salty. The chicken had no seasoning. I don't eat seafood. My mum who is a vegetarian struggled also. I tried my daughter with their nuggets absolutely dreadful! The meat was grey and the vegetable soup was hideous. It was the most blandest thing I have ever tasted. The days to follow we just ate out because we couldn't stand the hotel food. The saving grace was the chips at the snack bar for lunch. The hotel grounds are filthy. The outside of our balcony had rubbish which was not cleaned the duration of our 7-night stay. I liked the fact that they had a children's playground but it was littered with rubbish and empty cups and even had shattered pieces of a cup in the play area and this was not cleaned up for 2 days. The children's pool I couldn't even fathom putting my child on, because it was caked in black mould or dirty whatever the case may be, it was disgusting. The chairs by the entertainment stage and sun loungers were awfully dirty too. What I did like about this hotel is that it was right on the beach and we found ourselves there most days. I can't see myself ever returning to this hotel. Room size was tiny. Food choices were poor. Hotel grounds and surrounding areas were poorly kept and filthy.

Great hotel. Great staff. Clean friendly. Food Great. Kids loved the Pools and beach which were amazing. Beach so clean 2ater amazing.rooms lovely clean and fresh. Entertainment was entertaining drinks spot on kids love endless supply of drinking coke.Cannot fault. Enjoyed so much we due back end of June this year. With what seems more slides food and drink. Thank you for an amazing stay.. here's to another one A++++

Miguel is amazing with everyone for the day time entertainment. Such a lovely man. Great person to have at the hotel. No inflatables are allowed in the pool for children. Rooms are very small. The area is very quiet but some nice bars at 10 minute walking distance. Beach is absolutely gorgeous. All inclusive food is okay. Lots to do for children. We had a lovely week at the hotel.

I am a travel agent and Just returned from a 5 day stay at the aguamarina - I travelled with my mother in law and my 5 year old little girl .. for a 3 star plus hotel this hotel has everything .. the splash park the slides .. the kids clubs free bouncy castles for certain times in the day .. the play park is great the entertainment is canny and the mini disco was a hit .. Food - you have 2 restaurants one is smaller than the other - always something to eat pancakes and omelettes cooked fresh on a morning at the cooking stations - fruit cereals yoghurts eggs bacon sausage - not English sausage or bacon but you are in Spain .. lunch time there was always a meat and a fish choice aswell as the fresh salads bars good cake / dessert selection and evening meal anything from kebabs - pork chops etc Anyone that can’t find anything to eat must be exceptionally fussy The snack bar was fab aswell as the Pizza Hut which was open certain times of the day and was open till 10pm at night and they were lovely pizzas The pools - they don’t open until 930am and entrance to all pools are locked - which is ideal - so no reserving of sun beds The kids entertainers do a great job The cove is beautiful be warned it is 19euros for 2 sun beds and an umbrella this is no fault of the hotel the beach is not owned by them but like us plenty of people just had towels on the sand You can hire paddle boards pedalos and canoes all reasonable priced - just not the sun beds Now for the small ******* … Nothing is explained on check in it’s pretty much find out for yourself where things are I think a small map for clients and a brief explanation of where things are in the hotel - they do have a map down load but this was not working whilst we stayed there Like us if you have an early flight you book an early breakfast as Buffet does not open until 745am how ever it’s literally a coffee a package crossiant and a biscuit .. I think at least the option of toast and access to cereal would better especially with little ones You have to hire a kettle yes it’s only a euro a day but I think personally as a small touch kettles should be included in the rooms .. if it wasn’t for these little things I would defo have have 5 stars 100 percent will defo return again we love menorca and been to a few hotels on the island and I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my many customers with children Thanks club aguamarina for a great stay and will definitely return

Stayed here in may 2024 11-5 to the 18-5 we had a great stay apart from arriving and being put in complex B which wasn’t the best, we had family in complex A which was refurbed and is more beautiful, kindly our fantastic jet2 rep Frances managed to help and we got changed over to complex A which was brilliant! Activities staff during the day are absolutely brilliant! MIGUEL is absolutely brilliant at his job and gets everybody involved, such a brilliant friendly man. Also Tony on activities was a brilliant person he made us laugh so much and was so friendly. Overall we had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed it!

Club Hotel Aguamarina I don't even know were to start !! 🌟🌟Amazing!!🌟🌟 Me,my mum and my two children (age 11&6) have just got back from the most amazing week here ! Rooms 🛌 - clean tidy but on the small side but great for what we needed to sleep and shower in. Our room was in B block with our balcony looking over one of the pool. Staff 👍 - are so enthusiastic happy and ready to help with whatever you need! Running events thoughout the day eg- darts Volleyball face painting etc Housekeeper work extra hard and are amazing 👏 a real shame about few of the lifeguard that are really rude and let the place down ! Entertainment team also work their socks off to keep everyone happy ! Massive shout out to the Photographer for the most amazing pictures too 📸 Pool 🏊‍♂️ - there are two large pool kids splash pool which me and my kids loved and a adults pool which I didn't spend any time in but has most beautiful view from also has bigger slides for the older kids ⚠️take pool socks/shoes⚠️ Food 🍽 - was really worried about the food because my daughter is a fussy eatter but there was no need at all. All of the food was excellent and so much to choose from breakfast lunch and dinner also the snack bar food was great if your sat at pool and don't want to go into the restaurant for food! Pizza bar also really good! The smoothie bar is a little disappointing as it was just juice with crushed ice which was lovely on hot day heading down to beach but definitely not a smoothie but still nice enough Hotel🏢 - is clean tidy and has lovely atmosphere check in was quick and easy. It has so much to offer for all ages the park is lovely and is all lite up in the evening...also has football pitch, Volleyball court, crazy golf, a small arcade pool table air hockey a Inflatables park aswell. event like slip and slide, pool carpet etc running thoughout the day. evening entertainment for kids and the adults which is great ! There a shop, hairdressers, bike hire place on site just outside of B block. the beach which is a small but steep walk but so wroth it as its one of the most beautiful beaches ever!! All in all you couldn't ask for a better place to have a great family holiday!! We will definitely be returning Thanks again for a great week Club Hotel Aguamarina 🌴🌞👏

We were moved here from marina parc best thing we ever did this place is amazing we had a sea view room always something for the kids to do the food is amazing lots of variety even for fussy eaters Evening entertainment is good Rooms cleaned every day A must go place beach is stunning

Lovely location. Stones throw from a beautiful beach Clean hotel with six pools. No problem getting sun beds Facilities for children are the best I’ve ever seen .. fab park bouncy castles mini golf table tennis volleyball Brilliant Good activities for adults as well Entertainment was good We thought the food was good. Always something lovely being cooked in the restaurant from fresh pizzas grilled fish meat pancakes and omelettes as well as lots of salads and vegetables. Burger and pizzas available for those that way inclined It was busy though especially in the restaurant Rooms small but clean Fantastic holiday for the price
