The hotel is impossible to get to. Sat in crazy traffic for 3 hours and moved 5 km coming from Rio. Informed hotel from the taxi that we can’t get there they said ok, we understand and cancelled the reservation. But would not issues a refund for one of two rooms we booked. Horrible experience all around!
