We had the top floor of a chalet. The checkin was messy as we really had no instructions ahead of arriving (unless I missed something) - we assumed it would be clearer when we arrived, and after getting confused, we found an email from some months ago wit

What was unfortunately missing in the apartment is WiFi and the balcony door is damaged at the bottom and you should maybe check that the loft bed is anchored to the wall because it is very wobbly otherwise we had a very nice stay. Yours sincerely, Ms. Se
