selbstgerecht von ahnungslosen und überforderten Kindern im Tagesgeschäft geführt. Fehler in der Abrechnung, Ausfall von fest gebuchten Attraktionen und eigene Fehler bei Buchungen werden einfach mit der Aussage abgetan "... das ist hat jetzt so ..." da Geld oder Kompensation gibt es nicht!! Das Gelände und die Tiere sind großartig die Menschen die es Führen eine einzige Katastrophe! Unverschämte Geldmacherei auf Kosten der Tiere. Die Preise und die dafür erbrachten (oder vergessenen und nicht erbrachen) Leistungen sprechen für sich! Man sollte dringend vorher genau erfragen was man für die unverschämten Preise bekommt. (wieviel Fleisch und wie dauert die gebuchte Leistung/das Event) Wir haben für 6 Bröckchen Fleisch in 2 Minuten über den Zaun geworfen 60 € bezahlt!
