Beds are way more comfortable than most hotels . The staff is friendly and helpful . The rooms are always clean and I like the fact that all entrances to the hotel is locked and you have to have a key to get in . The lobby stays clean and I see them cleaning the elevator sometimes and lot of hotels do not do that

Clean safe place to stay weither your living or staying few days the staff are amazing spectly Jennifer she makes you feel like family she gose above and beyond for guest I love her if you need anything she is the person to go she will point you in the right direction

Hi my name is Frances I was just looking through these reviews I just do not understand why people say the things they say that is not true i have been staying at the WoodSprings on Monte Vista road in Asheville North Caroilna for two years i have never been happy there all of the staff is friendly and will help you anyway they can .I think if you get kick out there you are the problem also if you are not happy or if you need anything go to the office they will help you if they can all i can say woodsprings staff on monte vista you all rock .

The hotel was clean, the room was well kept and clean also. The front desk staff was so nice including the General Manager. I was recolating to the area and I stayed in the hotel for quite a while and was never uncomfortable or unhappy with anything with my stay. Would recommend to others.

Well I couldn’t get in for about 30 min because the doors are locked at night. No one would answer the phone so I stood outside trying to check into my room after a 16 hour work day for 30 min

The property is in a convenient location but the rooms and condition of the hotel overall are showing their age. The hotel had a very strange funky odor throughout. The bedding and sheets while clean were stained.

Everything was very good except dog in next room started howling and barking at 4:30am until I left around 8:30am . When booking room nothing about dogs alowed. Would really like my money back!!

Bad management, bad rooms. The bathroom door would not close, homeless people living in car in parking lot. Management smoking outside door of rhe smoke free hotel....

This is predominantly an extended stay property. Many of the little niceties, like a hair dryer, coffee maker and the like are not here. It was clean and comfortable, and they will give you what you ask for at the front desk. the front desk is closed from 11 PM to 7 AM. They give you a number to call for immediate needs. i did not need it, but if that's a concern for you, there you are.
