This was my favorite hotel in Egypt and I returned! With beautiful scenery, lots of flowers, and a white-themed landscape reminiscent of Santorini, you can spend a peaceful time away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were all friendly, and the cats kept at the hotel were very cute and sociable, and we ate together and played the whole time ♡ The only disappointment was that this time the jacuzzi was cold and I couldn't use it in the morning (last time it was available 24 hours a day). Still, it's a place I want to stop by whenever I go to Egypt just to meet the cats (^^)

It was late at night when we landed on the island. We left before dawn. I felt a bit disappointed that I didn’t see the river view. I hope I can come again next time. After all, it’s only over a hundred dollars. It’s good to have an outdoor private bath.

1. There was a strong smell of paint in the room. The front desk said that they called the engineering department and the room had not been renovated recently. It was fully booked and could not be changed. Oh my god, I saw it in the morning and they were painting next to the room. 2. The hot water for showering has a time limit. There was no hot water after 10 minutes of showering. I asked the hotel staff to come and see. After seeing it, they did not understand the situation first. The first sentence was, "Oh~ You use a lot more than ordinary people" (from a fat male receptionist wearing glasses). Brother, you don't understand anything. You said that you use a lot of water, and we checked in at 6 pm, and went to play in a friend's room. The water in our room took a 10-minute shower. How come the benben hotel has a time limit of 5 minutes for hot water showers? Then, the brother continued to let us wait for 30 minutes to see if there is hot water. I really ****, I didn't even rinse the foam on my head, and asked me to wait for 30 minutes? ! It was outrageous, and the guy just spread his hands and said, "Oh~ sorry~ I can't do anything, I can only wait 30 minutes" 2. In the morning, when we washed up, the hot water at normal temperature started to steam, which could burn our hands and face. Be careful 3. When we were asked what time we would check out to use the boat, I said 10:45am, and the man with glasses said again, "Hmmmm, 10:30 is best." Brother, since your boat runs every half an hour, why are you asking me what time it is? Give me time to choose 4. When we checked out, I don't know which shacha went to the spa and signed our room number when signing the room. We said we didn't use the spa, so you can go and see who signed it randomly. The front desk asked us to sit next to us and wait. Sister, I'm in a hurry to catch a plane, and your boat is still limited to the time card time period. If I miss it, it will take 30 minutes. How can I wait? Fortunately, the manager was there, and when he saw our angry faces, he quickly solved it, and we caught the boat that runs every half an hour. In general, don't come, it's very frustrating

A great hotel for a holiday. The restaurant is delicious. You have to take a boat to get there. The Nile River is beautiful.
