"We had an incredible experience at this wellness resort. The hotel rooms are stunning, but it’s the view that really steals the show—there’s nothing like watching the sun set over the Nile from your own space. The service was top-notch; the staff were attentive and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. We also loved the dining experience; eating at the restaurant right on the water was a highlight, and the food quality was excellent. Our only regret is not booking a longer stay! We’re already planning our return trip."

"The river view is absolutely stunning, offering a distant view of the Philae Temple. The gardens and trees within the resort are also beautiful, giving off a 'White Lotus Resort' vibe. Dinner included a live performance by local Nubians, which was very chill. Breakfast was delicious. The downsides are: ① The front desk service was incredibly slow to respond. It took most of the day to get a router for the WiFi issues. ② Room security and privacy were lacking. Other tourists would sometimes walk around from the side of the balcony to take photos, which was a bit unsettling. I reported this to the front desk, but received no feedback. ③ The lunch and dinner menus offered a limited selection, small portions, and high prices. ④ There were some small bugs, but that's to be expected by the river. ⑤ The shower's hot and cold water temperature was extremely difficult to adjust, requiring a lot of patience and care. It was also the dirtiest shower I encountered on this trip to Egypt, filtering out a lot of mud and sand. I highly recommend that guests bring a filter shower head!"

"Facilities: A bit dated and needs maintenance; hot water was a little insufficient on the first night. However, the public areas are beautiful, with stunning pool, garden, and river views. Environment: Located above the old waterfall, offering a wider view; the gardens are thoughtfully decorated. Service: Service was quite good; someone adjusted the hot water, the breakfast was plentiful, and the front desk staff were very helpful."

"This is a fantastic guesthouse with amazing views! The owner helped with my luggage, and the rooms were spacious. If I had any problems, I could just contact the owner, and they would respond and help immediately. However, I remember not to open the windows too late at night, as there are small insects."
