When I first walked in my attention was completely grabbed by the beautiful staircase

The front desk was super speechless. We checked out 30 minutes late and kept collecting our luggage. We told him that we must charge 75 dollars. It was the first time I saw such a speechless person. The whole hotel was surrounded by homeless people. It was much worse than the Hilton we chose before. Don't stay here

The hotel is located in the city center, but there are many black people, try not to go out at night, but the hotel is safe and you need to swipe the door card every time you go back to the elevator and enter the gate. The hygiene is also ok. The rooms and toilets are very large. The service is not in place. The attitude of the front desk staff in the lobby Unfriendly, it takes two phone calls to clean the room before someone comes to the door. Towels and some items like cotton swabs and stuffing are not replaced in time. As for the facilities, what do you want? The board is bad and there is a potential safety hazard, please watch it.

It's just so-so, but there are no major flaws, but this indigo in Philadelphia is indeed worse than other cities. I don't know if it is because of the epidemic. The room is not cleaned, and the toiletries are not updated, but I stayed during the same epidemic. Other hotels have daily cleaning service, and I never write reviews before, but I think it is more reasonable for this hotel to have a lower rating, so I will write about it

I absolutely loved this hotel! It was extremely clean, easy check in process. I was able to get an early check in. Staff was friendly. The room was amazing, beds, and pillows comfy. Downtown is filled with a lot of homeless people unfortunately. My only complaint is the cost for parking being $50 a night. That cost is extremely outrageous especially being valet is the only parking available if you don’t find any parking along the street. Other than that the hotel itself is great!

Thomas was amazing! Everyone we encountered at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The AC was cold. The shower was modern. The location was great - CVS across the street, several restaurants nearby, and walkable to a few fun spots. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast service was beyond terrible. The key card stopped working. They changed our room to a double queen from a single king with no view at all… just the side of a building…terrible

Checking in was easy and fast. Costumer service was excellent. The food was great. The hotel was clean, nice, and quiet. I will definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel - newly furnished , great location. Front desk staff, particularly Thomas and Nikhil were excellent , friendly and accommodating and made us feel that they really appreciated us being there. Will definitely return

This hotel was very clean and the bed was so comfortable…. But there was no mini fridge in our room and no coffee available in the lobby.
