The room is quite new. There are not enough parking space. We need to park nearby carpark.

Nice and simple hotel about 20 mins walk to the CBD area. There are many restaurants around the hotel that you can try for Western and Asian cuisine. Staff are all very helpful and assisted us in many ways 👍🏻 We also enjoyed the simple breakfast spread at the hotel basement ❤️ Will stay at Mercure Auckland Queen Street again.

My stay at Mercure Auckland Queen Street was nothing short of splendid. The combination of its prime location, comfortable accommodations, exceptional service, and great facilities made for a memorable visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Auckland, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to this vibrant city.

Large room and quiet. Buses stop here from airport (change Onehunga) so don’t need to walk up from britomart

Clean, convenient and well-priced. Service level minimal but at an appropriate level. It was disappointing that on a Friday night the kitchen of the Lone Star restaurant next door was closed at 9:30 pm, but on a positive note they served me a great coffee and a breakfast the next morning :) Would stay here again.

The hotel location is a bit far from center CBD, about 15 mins walk.
Daily housekeeping still has room can be improved.

At least it is at top of steep hill. Close to lots of good restaurants on KRd and top of queen st.

Excellent check in, breakfast, room and check out at this hotel. Recommend asking for parking upon booking, not the cheapest, but definitely in line with other car parks and way more convenient and safer! Thank you :)

Good hotel in good position. They have parking, but it’s better to book that in advance (I arrived at night and I found it full). Anyway they could suggest some good alternatives also very close to the hotel.
Good standard breakfast, even if options such as cappuccino are not comprised in it.
