Cleanliness could be improved. The room we stayed smells damp and musty. Exhaust fan air was full of dust and the worst is that we had to ask the staff to replace the bed sheets due to visible blood stain...yikes.

Great hotel but be careful of the vegetables, we found a caterpillar in our cooked brocolli during breakfast. However overall, the staff were wonderful and the rooms were great!

great base for Bromo excursions. The room was not super clean but it was enough to spend the night.

Not bad

The location is good, in the town of Bromo, and Jeeps can pick you up directly from the mountain. Breakfast is also good, open from 6:00 to 11:00. We returned to the hotel around 10:00 and were still able to have breakfast; the selection was quite substantial, enough for lunch. The facilities are very, very basic, but at least on par with a small-town guesthouse. It's considered a decent hotel for the area, apparently a four-star establishment, so it's worth staying at.

The hotel's hygiene, catering and environment are all good. The only unbearable thing is the poor sound insulation. I have to get up at two in the morning to go to the volcano, but I can't fall asleep. There are noises coming from outside the door from time to time. Friends with poor sleep quality should choose this hotel with caution!

Attentive staff. Delicious breakfasts. Jacuzzi!!! It's nice to sit in the sauna or lie in the jacuzzi after conquering Bromo! There's no place to change near the sauna.

The environment is really average, but what's the big deal about Bromo's environment? As long as you can sleep, it's fine.

The hotel's dinner, especially the roast chicken, was delicious; the breakfast was also good. This time, I stayed in a windowless room, and the bathroom smelled particularly bad. The bed and towels seemed unclean, though I was glad I had brought disposable sheets and towels. We were heading to the volcano, so it was fine to stay there for one night, especially since it's close to the volcano. The service was excellent.

The hotel environment is very good, the breakfast is extremely rich, and it is not far from the bridge, which is suitable for friends who go to climb the volcano early in the morning. The experience is good and the environment is good. I will choose to stay here next time!

Very satisfied, a family of three booked a triple room, the double bed is really super big, very comfortable to sleep in, there is a small supermarket downstairs, very convenient to buy things, the room is also very clean
