Excellent central location with easy access around the North Shore and into the city. A new building with all facilities maintained in pristine condition. On line booking is very easy. We checked in extremely late (around 4am), and this process worked smoothly. We also booked a parking space under the building (not a critical requirement but convenient with limited street parking nearby). This was organised without any problem (the staff were very patient in handling my changes). While the hotel has no restaurant, there are a number of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Everything was good with our stay (3 nights), and I would recommend for business or holiday travel.

The room facilities are all available, and the laundry detergent wash combo toilet paper and other consumables are regularly replenished and enough to use. The room is sunny, the sun is full every day, very warm, and there is almost no need to turn on the air conditioner. The sanitation is very good, and the bedding will be replaced regularly. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, responsive, in short, it is a very good stay experience!

The location is very good. There is a big supermarket within a few minutes walk! You can buy some ingredients and make a simple dinner. The beach in Takapuna is really chill. The weather is good. You can sit on the lawn and relax all day. The hotel is only about ten minutes' walk to the commercial street and the beach.

The room is very large, with 3 beds, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, suitable for a short stay. The balcony has a great view and I even saw the sunrise. Unfortunately, the hotel's dryer was broken and the clothes could not be dried.

The receptionist was really friendly and checking in was super fast and easy. Time at the hotel was peaceful and extremely relaxing. Highly recommend this establishment.

YYTakapuna Beach is just a short walk away, and there are great restaurants and cafes around the hotel, so you won't get bored! The room was clean and the shower had strong water pressure, so it was comfortable!
It's a shame that cleaning isn't done every day, but it was a great vacation! Thank you! I'll come again!

GGuest UserThere are several kinds of packages for breakfast, generally, Western food. The room facilities are very old, the bathroom is not heated, an electric heater is not enough, very cold. Because the room has few water radiators, it feels very cold. If it is summer, the experience should be perfect. The room is very mild.
