The service here simply doesn't match the hotel's caliber! The front desk duty manager, Christine, was incredibly arrogant and showed a complete lack of service professionalism. Despite traveling with children, we were assigned two rooms on different floors and were not allowed to switch. What's more, to visit our other room, we were actually required to have someone go down to the lobby to 'pick up' the other guest! After I expressed my frustration, she didn't show any improvement in her attitude; instead, she just defensively argued about their identity verification process. Having stayed in hotels for countless years, I'm certainly well-versed in how customer identity checks work!
