I found out they were closing and feel they should not have booked our group and still charged us the rate they did. There were things in the room falling apart and issues with the t.v. The conference rooms had NO air conditioning so fans had to be brought in which were so noisy we could not even hear the speaker.

Good thing they are closing their doors soon. Staff has checked out and are completely unhelpful. Dirty rooms. No A/C. No extra blankets. No late check out. No recognition for platinum reward member status. Just awful.

Our vehicle and the one next to us were both broken into over night. Windows smashed, attempts to pry open the back of the car. Extremely poorly lit parking lot. No security visible on property, no cameras. Phone didn't work, even to call front desk. No hairdryer. No Kleenex. Absolute worst hotel experience I've had in 40 years. Recommend you find somewhere else, somewhere safe.

the carpet in the corridors, very dirty elevator, the mattresses in the room were submerged, the receptionist was a little impolite, she gave the impression of being racist, the rooms look old, the best thing was the people who cleaned the room who were very kind.

I don't even know where to start, everything was poor. The cleanliness of the room, the hallways, the elevator, was all just atrocious. I had GUM on my door handle. Stains everywhere, panels peeling off. My reservation was lost and it took half an hour just to get the front desk on the phone. I witnessed someone push over a staff member and a confrontation break out.

Calling hotel about lost & found.15 calls, only spoke to 2 people who were willing to help, but not certain how to proceed. While making reservations, the staff member spent plenty of time talking about joining the rewards program...not a true sign of being under staffed.

I expected more from a Radisson Hotel. The towels were stained, no fridge in room, tv never stopped buffering. Otherwise it was relatively clean, comfortable. Just not the level expected. Staff was responsive to noisy guests.
