Very happy with this hotel. A convenient location to get to the Moody Center in a short time frame, amongst other spots we planned on going too.

Good hotel overall

Very bad experience. Check-in time is 4pm, which is quite late. At 1:30am, someone swiped the card at the door, but couldn't open the door. After communicating through the door, the front desk downstairs gave them the door card of this room number. They found someone in the room, apologized, and went downstairs. Twenty minutes later, close to 2am, the hotel service staff called to confirm my name, and then said that they had made a mistake in the room but now it has been dealt with. But after that, I woke up completely and it took a long time for me to fall asleep again. This incident seriously disturbed our sleep. When I checked out the next day, I asked the front desk about this matter. The male waiter at the front desk apologized perfunctorily, which made people feel indifferent. In addition, the breakfast is very average, nothing delicious. The water from the shower in the room is thin, the water volume is small, and the bathroom facilities are old and small.

The decoration of the hotel is very artistic and artistic, the room facilities are average, the comfort level is average, and the air conditioner is very noisy. The breakfast is pretty good, there are many varieties, parking is free, and travel is convenient.
