The manager on duty today was absolutely heartless and rude. She isn't trying to work with me an won't even give me a key. To get back into my room if I had to leave to get the money.

The front desk lady, Lela was absolutely rude and very non understanding of my situation and was full heartedly wanting me to sleep in my car, along with my dog, and 3 other people. Even with me crying and unable to muster a sentence. She smiled and continued to grin at me asking me " it's not my problem you're homeless, what do you want me to do? "

The room facilities are average and the service quality is poor. We arrived at the hotel at around 5pm to get the key and went to the room to see that it was not tidy at all and things in the room were in a mess. It took me a long time to find the cleaner. Such management level is really speechless.
