Views for days in this gorgeous hotel with friendly and helpful staff. They have their own tuktuk which was so helpful and their breakfasts are a must!! Shout out to Lakshan who is just so helpful and the rest of the team. Honestly the pictures don't do it justice and the food is amazing and only 5 mins outside the centre by tuktuk. Be warned though, the spa on their premises is best to be avoided. Terrible massage, they kept stopping and starting and I was being left every 5 mins, they brought their mobiles in while doing the treatment.

We stay in Tina nature villa for 3 nights. I find hard to believe that they have only 3 star as review here on trip advisor. First, the staff were amazing, than the view was incredible. breakfast options are nice and the rooms are clean and have everything you need. P.s they have little “spa” on second floor which is very convenient :)

Personally I liked this place it is very quiet and maybe has the most beautiful view of all Ella 's guesthouses, you wake up on a majestic view and you can sip your coffee on your balcony surrounded by The sirene beauty of mountains and the sounds of the birds. For me it was clean and when we ask for anything we get it directly. The pool is cold but because ella 's weather is cold so do not expect to have a swim if the weather is not very sunny. Yes for me this morning view from my bed and this balcony worth the money as Ella is famous for it is beauty so this place offers you the best view for the village. The food is amazing and you can see the train passing on the nine arch bridge which is 5 mins from the hotel!

Outstanding location with exceptionally charming rooms. The Nine Arch Bridge is just a short stroll away. The cleanliness is commendable, and while the breakfast is modest, it does the job. The staff are welcoming and pleasant. However, a word of caution: the booking may suggest that rooms come equipped with air conditioning—evidenced by photos during the reservation process—yet upon arrival, you might discover the absence of such amenities. Although the need for air conditioning may be minimal, this discrepancy does feel like misleading advertising.

The best thing about this place is the amazing views which are truly amazing. We had a choice of two rooms and chose a very nice one with a super king sized bed. However unlike most other hotels they do not offer a cleaning service with clean towels/water etc, nor do they have a fridge .or a safe.The staff are very helpful and we had a nice breakfast however this is not included in the price.

We spent one night in the hotel as our third destination in our trip to Sri Lanka. Great attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, great location to visit the Nine Arches Bridge & nice views on the mountains. Slightly overpriced as it doesn’t include breakfast like most of hotels in Ella does. Thank you very much! Highly recommended for their nice and cosy rooms !

Lovely room however be prepared for it to be noisy with birds, squirrels etc but this should be expected due to the location. We could hear music in the mornings from local areas but didn't affect us too much. Our mosquito net also had holes in it so we got bitten a lot during the night the 3 days we stayed there. Tuktuk to centre of ella will cost approx £2/700 rupees. Easy to walk to nine arch bridge and little adams peak (through 98 acres hotel) from the hotel. We had to pre order what we wanted for breakfast the day before and it was very average to be honest. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars in Ella town to choose from if needed.

Unser Zimmer war sauber und bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf die Nine Arches Bridge. Das Bad ist ebenfalls sauber, trotzdem wenig komfortabel, zudem gibt es keine Abstellmöglichkeiten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber nichts besonderes. Im Hinblick auf Sightseeing-Ziele liegt das Hotel super. Zur Nine Arches Bridge sind es lediglich wenige Gehminuten, auch der Little Adams Peak ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Um in die Stadt zu gelangen ist man aber auf ein TukTuk/Taxi angewiesen, hier ist man ca. 5-10 Minuten unterwegs. Rund um das Hotel gibt es keine Restaurant. Der Weg zum Hotel ist leider sehr mühsam und für Autos bzw. TukTuks teils nur schwer zu machen. Alles in allem ist der Preis für die Leistung zu hoch.

Der Ausblick ist sehr schön Das Küchenpersonal war freundlich Die einzige schlechte Erfahrung auf unser schönen Reise. Der Manager war sehr unfreundlich. Wir hatten die erste Nacht ein Zimmer direkt neben der Küche. Auf die Frage nach einem anderen Zimmer, hieß es "es ist alles ausgebucht auch für die zweite Nacht" Das war gelogen denn laut Booking gab es freie Zimmer Erst auf mehrere Anfragen unseres Guides bekamen wir ein besseres Zimmer Auch das Abendessen war schrecklich. Und auch der Weg dorthin war für unser Auto fast nicht zu managen.
