"We had a worst experience in this hotel. Customer handling is worst. I think the owner and management should learn how to speak with customers. They don’t have manners. Service is very poor. No response for meal preparations. I don’t recommend this place to anyone 👎🏾"

"Spent 2 nights at this hotel during our holiday. Small comfortable rooms ours had a gorgeous view over the flowers and onto the mountains. Breakfast plentiful We had a very early departure and staff were up to help with bags and provide us with a packed breakfast for the journey! Restaurant is next door - connected to hotel but separate (you can’t add the meal to your room bill) Just note if staying at full moon no alcohol served. Very convenient location for walk to 9 arch bridge and little Adam’s peak and a 15-20 minute walk down to main part of town"

"Lovely property with its kinks. The property is in the middle of the jungle and the views are lovely and the hospitality is quite nice. However, it comes with its set of challenges like power cut, mosquitoes. Not suitable during the rainy season. The entry to the property is very uncomfortable through the truck. But the gondola ride is quite pleasant. It’s a lovely property during the day. Not very nice during the night. It’s a true living in the jungle experience."

"Staying at Andriyala was an unforgettable experience! The suite is spacious, with an amazing view that left us in awe every day. The bathroom is beautifully designed and even offers a breathtaking view, adding a touch of luxury to every moment. The private infinity pool was the highlight of our stay, offering a serene and relaxing escape. Meals were delicious and served on the deck, a perfect spot to unwind while soaking in the tranquil surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. This peaceful oasis, so close to busy Ella, is a rare find. We feel lucky to have discovered such a calming and luxurious retreat. Grateful to the wonderful team at Andriyala - we can't wait to return!"

"The hotel is beautifully located and you have a breathtaking view from the room! The staff are extremely friendly and always look after the well-being of their guests. The food was also very delicious. The hotel cannot be reached by car due to the gravel road, but that is not a problem as you can leave the car in a parking lot and the shuttle is already waiting for you when you arrive. I had an upset stomach when we arrived, and when the staff found out, they immediately gave me a tea for the flu! Very attentive:) This hotel and Ella are my favorites of my Sri Lanka trip and I would love to return again."

"Lovely little B and B run by the family who have 4 rooms and live in the building next door. Simple but clean and comfy. Amazing view from rooms up on the hill. Yummy breakfast. They couldn’t do enough for us and organised tuk tuks to come and get us and take us back down to the town as it’s up on a hill overlooking Ella rock."
