This hotel far exceeded our expectations! We came for a two-day, one-night trip with our child and parents, and it was a convenient 1.5-hour drive from downtown Changzhou. Our hotel butler, Xiao Lei, was incredibly professional and provided excellent service, responding instantly to all our requests. The entire experience was much better than other similarly positioned hotels in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. All the other staff members were also very polite, friendly, and professional; you could tell they were very well trained. I've already recommended it to my relatives. Plus, the restaurant food was delicious! It was perfect to enjoy great meals without leaving the hotel, especially with the hot summer weather. We'll definitely be back!

Thanks to the hotel's one-on-one butler service, we received a wonderful surprise: a room upgrade! We were absolutely thrilled with our trip. In the cold winter, both spacious floors of our room were incredibly warm, and having a hot spring pool on each floor meant we could enjoy a dip without even leaving the room – it was truly fantastic! The hotel service was impeccable; even the housekeeping staff were exceptionally patient and friendly. The complimentary dinner and the breakfast buffet were both delicious. The breakfast, in particular, offered a wide variety, including soup dumplings, omelets, and steak. We'll definitely be back in the summer to experience the room's infinity pool.

We stayed in a loft-style room with our child. The room was very spacious; even if two adults and two children stayed together, it wouldn't feel cramped at all. There was even a bag of building blocks in the room for the kids to play with. With the heater on, it was very warm both upstairs and downstairs. We were already full just from the complimentary items! Li Rencui from the housekeeping department was very warm and attentive, even washing our child's clothes for us—we felt so bad! We hadn't made a reservation for afternoon tea, but the staff proactively arranged something for us. The staff member next to the hot pot pool was also very attentive, constantly reminding the children to check their feet for blisters if they soaked for too long. My child soaked for too long and refused to get out, resulting in wrinkles on their feet, and the staff member even thoughtfully found some band-aids for them. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends bringing their children; it's like the Haidilao of the hotel world!

My boyfriend and I celebrated our 10th anniversary together. We wanted to find a quiet place where we could spend the day alone. We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. It is located in a valley and has a kind of hidden beauty. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious. Before leaving, the housekeeper also gave me peanuts that they grew themselves~

We booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

The room was spacious and even had a small balcony. The facilities were a bit dated, and there was a slight leak under the sink. It was convenient to access the hot springs from the hotel, and we could even wear the hot spring loungewear back to the room, which was a thoughtful touch since our bathrobes were already wet. However, the auntie at the fruit counter in the hot spring's second-floor lounge area had a very bad attitude. Also, when I asked a waitress at the restaurant entrance about the heartwarming congee, she had no idea and I had to point to the sign for her. There's a serious lack of training there. On the bright side, the breakfast area was right next to the kids' play area, so adults could take turns eating while the kids played, which was great. The butler service was very attentive; they even reminded us daily not to miss breakfast and were very knowledgeable about attractions, which was very helpful. I especially want to praise the heartwarming congee served after the hot springs. It was made with freshly picked shepherd's purse from spring, which was incredibly comforting for a light hunger after a soak.

After booking the room, there will be a housekeeper to communicate related matters. I will focus on praise the housekeeper. I know that our family is an October-aged baby. I also arranged birthday arrangements for us. I am afraid that the loft stairs we live in will be troublesome and want to upgrade the room for us. All kinds of intimate services make people warm. We booked a small gourmet theme, a variety of hape toys in the room on the first floor, the baby can't let go, the upper floor is the place to sleep, the whole layout is still very warm, there are also various play facilities outside the hotel, the main baby is too small, many facilities can not play, bigger can also brush. Breakfast is in the main building, the variety is very rich, there are also enthusiastic waiters to help, there is a Yin aunt in the middle to send toys to the baby, and also pack some breakfast, overall very warm, the service is in place. The only regret is that the booked travel photography was not available because the baby woke up late, looking forward to the next time.

The decoration style of the hotel is very comfortable, the details are very distinctive, and the lawn in the public area is also good. Very close to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. I had a meal in the Chinese restaurant and it tasted good. There may be too many people on the Dragon Boat Festival. I also sent handmade yogurt and dumplings. The private soup in the room is also very good, so I didn't go to the public hot spring. You can order takeaways from milk tea and coffee When I left, I was too late to take a taxi. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the smart facilities are very convenient. Each room has a balcony. The food and beverages at the B&B are also very good. We drank local white tea, which was very fragrant, and tasted fish heads from Tianmu Lake, which were very fresh, and there were also fresh strawberries presented by the boss.
