The private hot spring in the room is very comfortable, you don't feel cold at all, and you feel refreshed after taking a bath. It was a pleasant two days and one night. GGuest UserWe stayed in a loft-style room with our child. The room was very spacious; even if two adults and two children stayed together, it wouldn't feel cramped at all. There was even a bag of building blocks in the room for the kids to play with. With the heater on, it was very warm both upstairs and downstairs. I've stayed in many family-friendly hotels with my child, and this one is definitely the best in terms of service. The staff were genuinely enthusiastic. Before check-in, the butler kept in touch with me about various activities, and the hotel kept bringing us things—drinks, fruit, afternoon tea, and a heartwarming bowl of porridge in the evening. We were already full just from the complimentary items! Li Rencui from the housekeeping department was very warm and attentive, even washing our child's clothes for us—we felt so bad! We hadn't made a reservation for afternoon tea, but the staff proactively arranged something for us. The staff member next to the hot pot pool was also very attentive, constantly reminding the children to check their feet for blisters if they soaked for too long. My child soaked for too long and refused to get out, resulting in wrinkles on their feet, and the staff member even thoughtfully found some band-aids for them. We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. It is located in a valley and has a kind of hidden beauty. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great.
