Traveling to Wuyishan during the off-season was wonderful; the autumn scenery was absolutely stunning with everything golden-hued. I specifically chose a guesthouse to better appreciate Wuyishan's natural beauty. Shuizhuang No. 8 Guesthouse is truly nestled within a park, offering distant mountain views and a close-up look at the river while you sip tea and admire the ginkgo trees right outside your door. Not only is the scenery beautiful, but the surroundings are also quiet and comfortable. It's conveniently located with great transport links, and both the dining and accommodation are excellent. The service is warm and courteous, and the staff are very prompt in providing assistance. I'd highly recommend staying here over a hotel!

An absolutely wonderful stay! The room was spacious, bright, clean, and incredibly well-equipped. They thought of everything: iodine cotton swabs, band-aids, hair ties, clips, essential oils, insect repellent, snacks, tea bags, and even various emergency medicines. The attention to detail in their service was truly touching. Plus, there's a free massage chair, which was a very thoughtful touch. The food at their own restaurant was delicious and great value for money. And their two cats, Zhaocai and Jinbao, are super cute! This was an unforgettable experience. I'll definitely choose Dafangju again on my next visit and recommend it to my friends. Wishing the owners great success and prosperity!

Traveling with a baby, the hotel was very accommodating. They gave us a quiet corner room, which was spotlessly clean and made us feel very comfortable. It was also a short walk to the scenic area, saving us the hassle of a long commute with a stroller. Our baby slept soundly at night, allowing us to get good rest as well. Environment: The hotel's internal environment is very comfortable, it's very convenient to get to the Wuyi Mountains scenic area, and there are many great restaurants nearby. Service: All the staff are very friendly, and there's a dedicated shuttle bus service. The only downside is the hotel's dining, both breakfast and dinner are very average. For this price point, it really should be better. I hope they improve it, and I'll definitely come back again.

We received a warm welcome from the staff. Check in was straightforward and prompt. The lobby area was spacious and pleasantly furnished. The staff gave us a room upgrade and we had a spacious and well appointed room that made us feel very at home. When we arrived, it was close to lunch time and the staff checked in on us on meal requests, we took the lunch and it was a good spread of local specialties. Breakfast was freshly made and gave us a good impression of how a well prepared local breakfast would be like, also the meal was well balanced with dairy, vegetables etc. The room package also included a afternoon tea in the garden with a water feature, a tea bath and a evening Chinese tea appreciation session where we chatted with the staff. We really enjoyed our stay there.

This was my first time staying at the Wuyishan Villa Holiday Hotel, and my experience was fantastic. Especially the front desk staff, particularly Ms. Wenlian, who was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. The environment is beautiful and peaceful. The location is also very easy to find; just follow the navigation and you'll arrive directly. There's a large outdoor parking lot and an underground garage, which is very convenient. I'll definitely come back again.
