This was one of my favourite hotels. First time in Thailand and boy did they smash it out of the park. No mosquitos no insects in the hotel room. Cleanliness of high standards. 24/7 restaurant open even concierge. Would definitely comeback

This hotel is not 5 star more like a 3 star hotel at best. The bathroom was so dirty and old with rust all over the shower room. The pool was under maintenance which they should’ve warned people before booking. Fortunately we were only there for a few hours.

Nice place , good recommendation for vacation , It is quite far from the city center but so near by the airport .

The hotel's view is great. Spa and massage service is popular, so you will need ro book in advance. Shuttle bus runs every 1.5 hours between the BKK airport and the hotel. It is about 30 minutes to the airport. From the airport, you can take the Airport rail link to the major tourist places. Or you could stay in the hotel to relax.

Food was good and service was very attentive and polite. Hotel facilities are good and people are friendly. Most important was the staff named Golf, who was very helpful and attentive to my unfortunate situation of needing to see a Dr. He was able to call the airport medical clinic and and explain how I can get there. Also, accommodated me for a late check out gave me a warm smile even though I was not well.. Thank you for such good staff. I would recommend this hotel for travellers that need to stay close to the hotel or in long transit. 

Great stay for the two days to sleep after the long flight. Very close to the airport and free shuttle helped a lot! Thank you!

Close to airport But no airport pick up although i asked for it. They did not reply

Times of shuttles online and in-person don't align. Their shuttle goes all day but booking it is difficult. My room seemed a little run down and on the older side. There was a strange spill of water in the entrance. The "king" bed is just two twins pushed together. The AC wasnt very strong.

It was so sad about couldn’t use the swimming pool until 20th May. That was the biggest part of your hotel for me.

It was an amazing staying. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast there was a good variety and the room and exterior was beautiful and clean. They also have a shuttle bus from the airport.I would certainly go back again.

I’ve stayed in this hotel in the past and it had a good service and it was very clean. This time I was eaten by mosquitos and the room I was give. In the first level it was full of bugs and mosquitos. I called the receptionist and they changed the room to an upper level and it was the same condition. Also noticed a lot of mosquitos and bugs in the lobby why I was waiting for a taxi.

I booked the hotel for one night between flying in from Sydney and flying onto Udon Thani, the main reason I booked it was for the large pool , I have 3 kids and they were looking forward to the pool to play and relax after the long haul flight. When we arrived however we were told the pool was closed for one month for renovation, I said why were we not told this when we booked? And the lady said she would reduce the price of food and drink in the restaurant by 15% and if we wanted to we could cancel and get our money back!! It was 7pm and we really had no choice but to stay the night! It’s the last time I will stay at this resort!!!

Good service, good location,good environment, good taste of the food,good choice for next time.
