The interior is good but when we entered in to the room there is nothing to be cleaned. There is no water to be provided and no proper keeping has done

Very spacious room. Garden view was great. We had little uncomfort with few things but the staffs were very helpful to resolve them. Great service and excellent breakfast.

The key card was not working in the whole hotel due to software issue. I was waiting for my door to open for 1. 5 hrs

Starting with the Executive room, I found it highly disappointing and, frankly, not worth the price. The room felt outdated and poorly maintained, with shabby furniture and an overall worn-out look. The dim lighting and musty smell made the space feel unwelcoming, and the bathroom showed signs of neglect, with cracked tiles and rusted fixtures. Given the price tag of the Executive room, I expected far better quality, comfort, and luxury. The condition of the room was unreasonable for the amount charged, and it simply didn't live up to what one would expect from a higher-tier option. On the other hand, my stay in the Premium room was a completely different and much more pleasant experience. The room was modern, spacious, and well-kept, with elegant décor and comfortable furniture. It felt clean and fresh, with bright lighting and a well-ventilated atmosphere. The bathroom was spotless, with up-to-date fixtures and a stylish design. For the price, the Premium room offered fantastic value. The amenities and comfort far exceeded expectations, making it a smart and satisfying choice. The breakfast was another aspect that could use significant improvement, especially for non-vegetarian guests. The only non-veg item on offer was boiled eggs, which were unfortunately overcooked. The lack of variety in non-veg options was surprising, especially when many hotels of similar stature offer a range of choices like sausages, bacon, or scrambled eggs. The limited selection was disappointing, and a more balanced menu would greatly enhance the dining experience. In conclusion, while the Premium rooms offer excellent value for money with modern comforts, the Executive rooms are overpriced and fall far below expectations. The management should consider updating the Executive rooms to align with their premium pricing and expand the breakfast options to cater to non-veg guests better. If you're planning to stay, opt for the Premium rooms for a much better experience.
