Strategic location! Everything u need is in walking distance, BTS, convenience store, restaurants. Not to mention quiet place too as the hotel about 500m from the main roads. P/S: thanks to the receptionist to allow us for an early check in. Much appreciated! And the breakfast was superb too,

Modern , clean hotel. I used the swimming pool , gym. It is crowded at breakfast. Good location close to Terminal 21 mall, Asok BTS station. Good stay

New hotel , good location but beware tat always traffic to travel in and out

The hotel is grand, the room is bigger than my expectation, they also gave us a room with a bathtub. There is also a swimming pool in the rooftop. Everything is nice in the hotel, just beside the place is a bit far from station, need at least 10 mins walk from hotel. But you can try to meet the time to take hotel shuttle, which is convenient a lot. And the hotel manager is very kind n nice, as I met some accident on the check out day, she gave us a lot of assistance, and offer us late check out for handling stuff. Recommend!

Terrible experience. Not sure why it’s 5 stars. Even though it just opened last year, room was dirty, dust in the corners, water marks, etc. The common areas were not well maintained either. We stayed 3 nights, they only cleaned our room once though we requested for our room to be cleaned daily. On that one room refresh, they did not bother to throw the trash in the bins neither did they replenish toiletries. We requested for a wake up call on the last day as we were leaving at 5am, no wake up call given. It’s really bewildering how this is a 5 star hotel.

Everything is excellent service room and quality of built Only improvement maybe the the toilet It’s not very ideal because it doesn’t flush well and the flush bottom is in weird position

Great and friendly services, housekeeping is a bit slow but appreciate they must be busy, centrally located- 7 -9 mins walk from Asoke or Sukmitvit metro, they also have shuttle departing from 9am to 4pm from the hotel to the metro- pick up place at Terminal 21 about 5 -8 mins into the hour. Hope they will extend the shuttle operating hours. I attach the metro BTS map and the rooftop pool and shuttle pick up pics. Will return.

located in a weird location, need to walk in road to go back to main street while many cars/ bikes besides you.

Hotel was good. Amazing location. Could have been cleaner. The floor was a little bit dusty when i got there. But overall a good hotel.

A hidden property with 5 stars facilities but 3 star price. Just value for money. The rooms are pretty new and with full facilities including toiletries, internet, cable tv etc. No complaints on the breakfast variation. Just don't expect too much. Front liners are polite, well mannered and helpful. The down side, don't open the window. Just too close for comfort. Shuttle provided to BTS but can choose to walk.
