The support worked 150% in my case. The condo owner contacted us using the phone number we used to try to contact him. Cutlery for 1 more person, for example 1 spoon. I had to take turns eating with my wife. Dear owner of this condo, if you need to be contacted and agreed in advance about the time of entry, then indicate this in the adverti*****t. Also indicate all contacts for communication, and not just one phone number that you do not answer for a long time. It would be great if you contact the tenant yourself after confirming the reservation and providing instructions for entry. Or be in touch at your specified time for entry. Respect other people's time!
