Terrible Service and Terrible Management by the staffs... staffs behave very rude... They don't understand English or they dint bother try to understand... Breakfast can be rated 1 out of 10... only positive is location cos of sukkumvit's happening nature in night time... Photos are only to watch, reality is different...

Abit far from station however they provide 24h pick up and drop off to the station… FYI, very comfortable extra bed I have ever use 😄

Overall, my experience at Citadines Sukhumvit 8 was decent. The hotel offers a 24-hour tuk-tuk service to and from the property, but you need to contact them via WhatsApp to arrange for pickup. One downside is that it can be a bit inconvenient if you have heavy luggage, as it might be challenging to load and unload your bags when getting on or off the tuk-tuk. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. However, the swimming pool was smaller than I expected, and the rooms felt a bit outdated. The water pressure in the shower was also quite weak, and I hope they address this soon. There's a coffee machine in the lobby, and the Thai tea was really good, but the coffee tasted a bit off, it was bitter and strangely salty. On the positive side, the service from the staff was excellent. The front desk went above and beyond to help me contact the security team at CentralWorld after I realized I had lost my camera there. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and went the extra mile, always remembering to prepare our room with the additional items we needed.

It’s a good property. The usp of this property is its location. You have plenty of food options around and it’s nice with the centre of Nana property. Staff is nice too Overall a good experience.

The front desk, concierge and front desk staff provided excellent service throughout our 7 day stay. The location is at the end of Sukhumvit 8 which has a few bars at the start (good for business, couples, maybe not for families). The location at the end of the street is quiet. They have a tuk-tuk service that will take you to and from the end of the street, which is useful. It is an on-demand service so you only have to wait a few minutes if it is out already. Breakfast is average, and we only had it for 2 days, and found breakfast at the nearby shopping malls and streets for the other days of our stay.

Things that went well: - free 24/7 shuttle to Nana Station (its about 10 min walk) - helpful and friendly staff - separate dining area if you wanna order grab food in - clean - fridge kept drinks cool for the hot weather Things that weren't good: - super hard bed - inconsistent hot water, it kept going hot and cold even without adjustment, and the temperature can change drastically within 5 minutes - aircon was also kinda strange; the same temperature can feel very different Overall not recommended.

Overall, the hotel is outdated and not clean. I had cockcroach in my room. Also, around 5 am, it was noisy and made me awake. Disappointing.

The hotel is quiet from the Main Street. It is good the hotel provides Tutu service 24 hours if you don’t want to walk 5-10 minutes to the near BTS station. The hotel is non smoking but throughout the stay, I can smell very strongly in my room, my clothes that hang in the room and along the walkway to the lift. I had to use perfume to keep the smell away in my room. Other than the smoking smell, the hotel is clean, friendly, reasonable price and worth the stay.

Location is good if you don't mind walk about 12 to 15 mins from Nana station. Hotel provide free 24 hrs transportation service from Hotel to close to beginning of Sol 8 where it is near to Nana station. For guests who have not yet checked in, please note that the WhatsApp number for transport arrangements is +66 ***** ****. I requested this number during my booking through Trip.com twice to get this number before checking in. However, the hotel front desk informed me that they were not aware of this request. According to the acknowledgement email from Trip.com, my special request was forwarded to the hotel. Trip.com could improve its service by ensuring requests are properly handled, rather than just forwarding them. This would have saved me the inconvenience of dragging my luggage for 15 minutes from the BTS station to the hotel. I booked two rooms for this stay. In one of the rooms, the heater was not working well, and it took the hotel two days to rectify this issue. Hence, I rated the facilities 4/5. The gym is not big but good enough, I shared some photos taken from the gym. The front desk service is excellent and helpful, especially compared to another hotel I previously stayed at along Sol 8. The Citadines front desk staff are more cheerful, which is why I rated the service 5/5. I think I will stay in Citadines again in future.

First time in is hotel and thought it was great value for money. All the staff were super friendly and helpful the room was so big and very clean. The hotel is just far enough from the nightlife to be so quiet at night but still only a five minute walk from the action. Will definitely return in the future

my go to hotel when in Sukhumvit. Modern quiet clean well appointed rooms with good hot water. Executive studio has plenty of natural sunlight a good size for two people. Close to nana skytrain with many restaurants and bars, the Sportsman in soi 13 is recommended for sports and Tuesday night quiz night. Complimentary tuktuk from hotel to Sukhumvit road
