The hotel’s proximity to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport made it incredibly convenient for my transit flight, with a quick and easy shuttle service to the airport terminal. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, offering a relaxing environment after a long flight. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I highly recommend Novotel Guangzhou Baiyun for anyone needing a comfortable and hassle-free place to stay during a transit. Overall not bad ~ we reach very late but we still able to find our way to the hotel and there is a clear signboard that guide us from airport to hotel. Very convenient.

Convenient with bus shuttle to n from airports. Surrounding doesn't have any convenience . Have to depend on one cafe restaurant . Suitable for short stay but not for leisure . Business class is good . Toilets are clean . Lol.

I stayed here to be able to sleep and wait for my other flight. Is right outside the aiport and has a bus to take you to there terminar you need which is very convenient. I recommend it.

Great location! Great bedding! Quiet. Checking in was prompt. As a non smoker, I appreciate the hotel has a no smoking policy unfortunately encountered a cigarette smell in the common corridor. Better enforce is required. The breakfast was a total let down. My experience was bacon soaked in oil, the espresso machine dispense normal coffee other than espresso and the buns were soggy outside and hard in the core. I suggest stay away from the breakfast.

Is about 8min walking distance to Baiyun International airport terminal one , the hotel room with bathtub and the room is so comfortable. I wish I can say few days few more days love it so much😻

Conveniently located for early morning flights, this hotel offers a five-minute walk to Terminal 1 and a complimentary shuttle bus service to Terminal 2. The hotel and rooms are satisfactory, and the beds are comfortable. Recommended for travelers.

I think it’s my 4th or 5th time staying at this hotel… covenient location and reasonable price also..

I left my Kindle ebook in the room, found out about it after an hour after I already checked in for my flight. I called hotel right away, even told them exact place where I left it . They promised to check for me and called back, but said that it was not there. Impossible. Also asked several times if I was already ad the airport. Seemed strange. Overall service is ok, except air conditioner and room temperature. It’s too hot in the room, even if A/C is adjusted to 19 degrees. Do not recommend.
