I'm a business tourist from the USA, stayed at this hotel almost 2 weeks and they all made me feel at home. This hotel excels in customer service...and I don't say that lightly. I've stayed in almost 12 different hotels in my extensive travels across China and in general, hotel personnel attitudes tend to be cold, formal and impersonal. But staff at this hotel....from front desk, to restaurant and cleaning staff are very personable, warm and friendly. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet, kind, friendly and helpful. The lady that checked me in was very nice. Another front desk lady (she told me not to mention her name) went out of her way to spend hours on the phone and online to help me resolve some serious online order logistics issues because I don't speak Chinese. If I was looking for a Chinese wife, I woulda sly slid a wedding ring on her finger before she knows what hit her 😜😂 I sure 'nuff enjoyed my stay....and heck yeah I'll be back!!!

This hotel absolutely deserves a five-star rating! The environment is exceptionally nice, with soft, non-glaring lighting in the hallways. The rooms offer a fantastic view, and the windows are quite large. The facilities are comprehensive, including Wi-Fi, a laundry room, and a gym (though you need a card to enter). Cleanliness is also good; the tables are spotless, and the towels and bath towels are soft and reassuring. The service is incredibly attentive; the receptionist is super patient and always has a smile on her face – so comforting!

The hotel boasts a prime location on Yuhua Road, within easy walking distance of famous Baoding attractions such as the Catholic Church, Daci Pavilion, and the Zhili Governor's Office. Several restaurants specializing in local Baoding delicacies, including braised flatbread and shredded pork with garlic sauce, are located to the west of the hotel. The hotel parking attendant is very responsible in guiding guests to their parking spots. The breakfast selection is good, and the room facilities match the hotel's standards. The front desk service is warm and welcoming. It's a top choice for tourists visiting attractions like the Zhili Governor's Office.

I was in a rush and didn't have time to take any photos. Parking was convenient, and the front desk upgraded my room for free on the day of check-in. The room was very clean and hygienic, with complete facilities and amenities. The reception staff were patient and welcoming, so I stayed another night. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Baoding.

This time the experience in Starway is very good, the room is clean and spacious, no smell, in the morning to the restaurant to eat Starway chicken noodle soup is also very delicious, the restaurant everyone service is very good, the food is clean and delicious, next time you come to travel, you will stay at Starway recommended! ! !

My stay at the Vienna Hotel Baoding was excellent! The hotel's overall environment and hygiene were top-notch, with clean and refreshing public areas. The guest rooms were well-designed and fully equipped. The toiletries were clean and hygienic, and the mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were polite and friendly, and always responded promptly to any requests. The location is very convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money. It's definitely my first choice for accommodation when traveling, and I'll certainly stay here again next time I'm in Baoding.

The hotel is strategically located, convenient transportation, beautiful surroundings, complete room facilities, clean and tidy, and the front desk lady service is super good! The bathroom is super big! really! Great! There is also a top spray shower. It takes ten minutes to walk to the Cooperation Road Snack City. There is also a time-honored donkey meat fire behind the hotel, and takeaways are also delivered by robots.

Thanks to the small gift from the front desk. The room is quiet, the bedding is comfortable, there is a parking lot in front of the door, parking is convenient, there are many shopping centers around, it is very convenient to travel and eat, the front desk is very polite, giving people a homely feeling, the most worth mentioning is the breakfast, rich and varied, although the restaurant is small but it is cleaned up in time, there are pancakes, which are particularly good, a very satisfactory stay experience.

Location of this hotel is convenient near big malls and in the evening the ambience is vibrant and exciting. The decor is old-fashioned but well-maintained. The staff us very helpful and friendly. I stayed on the 23th floor with amazing view of a park. Breakfast is great with lots of choices. In the afternoon, there was a snack and fruit treat in the room.
