Hotels in Baoding Railway Station/HC International Plaza, Baoding

The room was clean and in a great location, close to most of Baoding's attractions, all within walking distance. To get a taxi, you need to walk out of the hotel parking lot and wait on the roadside. The room is on a lower floor, so it was a bit noisy. A card is required to go upstairs, but security was okay. The room window was a little drafty, but thankfully the curtains were thick. Breakfast was satisfying. The front desk allowed a late check-out, thank you. Overall, good value for money.

Facilities: Very complete, there's a dedicated parking lot, and parking is convenient. It's right next to the intersection, so don't miss it. Hygiene: The room was quite clean. Environment: Very convenient, with breakfast provided. Service: The service was warm and friendly. When we couldn't find a parking spot, they came out to guide us. They were also very enthusiastic during breakfast, and even made soy milk for us separately when we woke up late.

Environment: The location is good, about 1km from all the scenic spots. Facilities: You can scan a code to check out, and parking is free. However, the parking lot is a bit difficult to get into, and spaces are tight, so you might have to wait. The rooms are all smart, you just say ”Xiao Du” to control things. There's even a robot for food delivery. Service: The front desk staff are very enthusiastic.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get around and visit attractions. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. The breakfast selection was rich and tasty. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

This hotel is very close to Baoding Railway Station, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's near a main road, and the soundproofing of the windows is only so-so. The corridors are also poorly soundproofed. The hotel doesn't have many rooms, but it has many floors, and there's only one elevator, which gets very crowded during peak hours. It's about 1 kilometer from the Zhili General Administration Scenic Area. The front desk staff were pushing Huazhu Club VIP memberships and even tried to get me to cancel my Ctrip booking and rebook through the Huazhu Club app, which annoyed me. I sympathize with the front desk staff who are under pressure to push this service.

The room is very good, surrounded by places to eat and shop, very convenient. It is within walking distance of famous attractions. In short, it is a very good hotel in a good location. It is recommended to stay.

The overall stay experience is very comfortable, and every employee in the store is humble and courteous. Enter the door and say hello, the communication is gentle and decent, and the cleaning is meticulous and serious. The room is well ventilated, there is no stuffy smell, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and all kinds of facilities operate smoothly. The service is just right, will not be overly disturbed, and will be on call when you need help. The environment is quiet and tidy, can relieve the fatigue of the journey, intimate and practical service, I really recommend everyone to stay.

After we decided to visit Baoding for the National Day holiday, I quickly booked our accommodation. After comparing several options, I chose this hotel because it's within walking distance to attractions like the Zhili Governor's Office. I booked it quite far in advance, so the price was really good (it went up later, so glad I snagged it early!). The room was very spacious. When we checked in, I asked about the buffet breakfast and decided to purchase it for both days since the discounted price was reasonable. It turned out to be a really satisfying buffet. We ran out of the complimentary bottled water in the room and could ask the front desk for more, which we did many times. In fact, we even filled up the hotel's provided water bottles with boiled water to take with us when we went out. This hotel definitely deserves a great review!

The service did not reach the expectations. As the description said, we can leave the baggages with the hotel. And when we asked, she just said that we can just leave our bags by the couch, with the not-a-service mind. The second front person we encountered was just a tiny bit better. So we had to go outside and pay for the bag deposit. The cleanliness is another problem. The floor inside the room was so sticky, to the point that we needed to wear the slippers all the time. We didn’t want to bother the receptionist so we had to endure that issue. We also requested the non-smoking room but we got the one filled of smoking smell.

Close to Baoding Station, the facilities are complete, the bed is very comfortable, there is free parking, downstairs is McDonald's, Mr. Li and other fast food restaurants, convenient for dining. The service staff is warm and thoughtful. Although the family room is not spacious enough, the bathroom is compact and the shower is small, but overall very satisfied.
