It was a very bad stay experience. The good mood of traveling to Inner Mongolia was completely ruined. The room and front desk staff were incomprehensible and could not handle a matter in half an hour. It is recommended that internal staff training be done before letting people take up their posts.

The room is big, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. I prefer to sleep on hard pillows, and the hotel's latex pillows are very suitable. They also prepared fruits and yogurt very considerately. The shower head has a strong water flow. There was no soap in the room, and I called the customer service number and it was delivered quickly. Thumbs up! The breakfast noodles are also delicious, but the brother was busy, so he let others take it away after cooking, and cooked another bowl for me.

I booked an executive suite several times, but never stayed on the executive floor or enjoyed the executive lounge. When I asked, it was not open. Why don't they add it as a regular suite? Or do they specifically look for people like me? I hope they can focus on guest rooms instead of catering.

This is the first time I live in such a weird room. The mirror faces the bed, the toilet glass door faces the bed, the toilet faces the bed, and the bathtub faces the bed. It feels like there is some kind of formation. It is not comfortable to live in.

1. I booked this hotel because it is surrounded by the city grassland and Olympic Park. When I checked in at night, I hoped to be arranged to have a room with a view. I left early the next morning and also visited Baotou. I was told that there was no room, and I was arranged to have a room. The view is shown in the last picture. There is nothing else to say. In the morning, there is a lot of noise outside when I open the balcony door, similar to the noise of the air conditioner. So it may be that I didn't encounter the kind of front desk who actively upgraded the room as mentioned in the comments. 2. Not only was there water in the kettle, but the bottom of the kettle was also very dirty, see Figure 4, which is not even as good as ordinary hotels. 3. The door of the bathroom and shower room faces the bed, without any shelter, see Figure 5, it is very inconvenient for the family to take a bath, change clothes and take things. 4. The biggest complaint is that the alarm clock starts ringing at 5:30, and I was disturbed and didn't rest well at all. Even if it was booked by the previous guest, it should be a basic operation to reset the alarm clock when cleaning the room. In summary, I booked a five-star (diamond) rating for the environment, service and facilities, but this hotel is quite disappointing.
