Amazing
AAnonymous UserWe stayed in an excellent suite on the top floor, through a great deal from Trip. The room was a good size - not massive, but easy for 3 people (couple + child) to live comfortably. Location is great if you're looking for something near the waterfront. The fitness center (including full-length pool) is huge, and I believe people pay good money to use it as a private gym (which you get the benefit of for free). I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Amazing
GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs.
The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting.
For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

GGlobe Trotter CeciIt’s a beautiful hotel and is located at Downtown. The area is safe and is surrounded by a lot of restaurants and cafe. The room is spacious but the bathroom is with aglass door which means there is lower privacy. The apples they offer at the reception are very tasty!

66585****I chose this hotel mainly because it's very close to the Canada Line, only a 5-minute walk away. However, the facilities are indeed quite old, which doesn't quite match the nightly price. The hotel basically has no lobby. Check-in was efficient at night, but there were no doormen to help open the door or carry luggage. I must commend the breakfast; it's an à la carte trial, like having a trendy brunch, and the restaurant service was very good.

Great
NNick S.The hotel is conveniently located, just a 30-minute SkyTrain ride from Vancouver Airport to Vancouver City Centre, followed by a 4-5 minute walk. Alternatively, an Uber takes about 20 minutes. It's also excellent for exploring, with waterfront restaurants and shopping just a 5-10 minute walk away.
The building itself has an older charm and is on the smaller side. Its heavy entrance door is always manned by a doorman. While the intersection immediately next to the hotel didn't feel particularly safe, the hotel's security measures appeared very solid, which was reassuring. Despite having only one elevator, we didn't experience any inconvenience.
Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, as were the bathroom facilities. L'Occitane toiletries were a nice touch, though we were disappointed by the absence of a refrigerator. A minor concern was the lack of sheer curtains on the windows, which raised slight privacy worries from surrounding buildings.
The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel also boasts an attached steakhouse and bakery. For breakfast, guests can choose from three menu options, served in the underground restaurant.

BBorish Do.I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre, and I especially want to highlight the reception team. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. Check-in was smooth, they took the time to explain everything clearly, and they genuinely made me feel valued as a guest.
Their kindness and helpful attitude really set the tone for my stay and made a big difference. The hotel itself is comfortable, well-located, and well-maintained, but the excellent reception service truly stood out.
Thank you to the reception team for such great hospitality — I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others. 😊

GGuest UserAn enjoyable experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the city centre, with a tube station next door, so you can walk to all the main attractions. The hotel is clean and the facilities are brand new. There’s also a swimming pool, hot spring and sauna, which are very relaxing. The only thing is that the bed was a bit too soft.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserHotel facilities are great, I highly enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the fitness center. As for the amenities, shampoo and conditioner were only replenished once despite hanging the sign asking for more on the door. The same goes for the tea set. Unfortunately there were no kettle in the room. The room itself was nice and spacious, with a large TV and a study table.

GGuest UserIt would have been really important to mention that they have cats. You know. To someone like me who is very allergic to cats. I have emergency medication for this kind of BS. I was there one night but I would have rebooked if was not way too late. 1 night of sleepless wheezing misery. Without the allergy thing, the rooms were hot and airless. People were leaving the doors open and using fans to blow around the cat dander, I mean air. It's not safe to leave doors open, but that's the guests.
The ladder for the top bunk (bunkbed) had one side not covered. It's sharp metal and easy to cut yourself on. These issues are not hard to fix, hopefully they can improve, since that location is perfect for walking to and from concerts. Hey if you love cats, still be careful, this neighbourhood can be dangerous.
