GGuest UserI stayed in this hotel for five nights in Lugano. The hotel is in a good location. It is a five-minute walk to the lake. Next to the hotel is bus No. 2, which can go to Lugano Railway Station. The breakfast is Western-style and the fruit and bread are good. The hotel is also quiet. If you go to Lugano, you can choose this hotel.

멍멍구리신혼여행으로 묵었던 숙소입니다. 이탈리아 포지타노 느낌인 위치에 있던 숙소였고 오고 가는 건 힘들지만 버스가 있어서 여행하는 느낌이 들고 좋았습니다. 숙소도 이탈리아 풍이 물씬 느껴졌고 연식은 되어 보이지만 화장실은 리모델링 되어있고, 방충망이랑 에어컨은 없지만 벌레 없이 쾌적하게 잤습니다. 제일 좋았던 것은 조식이었는데 메뉴도 훌륭하고 멋진 정원에서 먹을 수 있다는 점이 제일 마음에 들었습니다~

黄黄The location of the hotel is a 10-minute walk from the center of Lugano. It is convenient for shopping, but it is too close to the train track and there is noise when passing trains. The room is in the outdoor podium on the first floor of the main building. Open the door to the front yard of the hotel. It feels like the bungalow we used to live in. Maybe the rooms in the building are expensive. Continental breakfast is ok.

GGuest UserThe room is unimaginably large, and it is a luxury hotel with a very high cost-effectiveness. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lunogazha Lake and mountains from the huge balcony. The endless mountains opposite are like ”planted” with houses. At night, the lights of thousands of houses are magnificent, and the green mountains, green waters, red tiles and yellow walls, the colorful and beautiful scenery is unparalleled. The breakfast on the second day was varied, colorful and delicious. We ate a lot of salmon and various fruits and vegetables, which made us like it so much that we didn't want to leave. If we hadn't booked a hotel in Lucerne on Ctrip, we would have stayed and enjoyed it. If we come again next time, we will definitely choose this one. After checking out, you can also book a hotel car to take you to the train station.

YYUWENThought it was a two-star hotel and it turned out to be a surprise. It’s really ten minutes to walk from the train station, but I took the bus twice when I dragged the big box in and out. The hotel in this state will give me a free bus ticket. There are 2 roads in front of the hotel that can go directly to the train station. The single room is just perfect for one person. A big box can be spread out, the wardrobe is enough, and there are enough TV channels including CNN and BBC. There is a small gym. I asked the front desk for the key. Although it stopped at 8 o'clock in the evening, I asked the front desk to take the initiative to use it. I couldn't find the switch to find someone to help me patiently and enthusiastically. I didn't dislike it at all. mean. The front desks I met were very good, especially the one at check-out. The luggage room was open consciously. She said that she put my computer bag under the desk at the front desk to help me watch it until 6 o’clock in the evening. When picking up the luggage, she asked me if I wanted to use the bathroom, which was really touched. The shower head works very well, it’s a bit embarrassing that the basin cannot be plugged, and there are no bath products. The bedding is not very comfortable, and the two-star hotel should not be too demanding, it is very clean and very satisfying. The breakfast included is really mediocre. Don't eat the croissant. You need to pay for the fried egg.

GGuest UserI stayed at Best Western Hotel Bellevue au Lac for just one night, but it was a truly pleasant experience. The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was spotless, and the location was perfect—right by the lake with beautiful views. The food was delicious, and overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely love to return for a longer stay next time!

JJacyntripWe stayed here for one night. We are very grateful that the staff allowed us to check in earlier than expected. However, the room was quite dated and not very clean, there was still dust on the windowsills. The bathroom lacked essential amenities, providing only a few small bottles of toiletries. Soundproofing is also an issue, as we could clearly hear the cleaning staff in the hallway. To make matters worse, the 2 blanket provided was only large enough for one person, even though we booked as a couple
