The hotel boasts a prime location, just minutes' drive from the scenic area. The surrounding area offers excellent amenities and a wide variety of dining options. The hotel's decor is simple yet stylish. Customer service was friendly, and check-in was quick and easy – just a facial scan was all it took to open the door. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy. The bedding was comfortable and the atmosphere was quiet. They even provided complimentary fruit, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The coffee was excellent, made with rich and creamy milk. Overall, this stay was fantastic!

The hotel's location is superb, right next to the Sayram Lake scenic area, making travel and sightseeing extremely convenient. There are plenty of food options nearby, including local specialties, home-style dishes, snacks, and late-night eats. You can simply stroll downstairs for a delicious meal, saving you the hassle of long commutes to find restaurants – making all your meals convenient and worry-free. The hotel's overall environment is tranquil and elegant, with expansive views. Right outside, you can admire the stunning beauty of Sayram Lake, surrounded by snow-capped mountains and crystal-clear waters. The air is fresh and comfortable, making both daytime sightseeing and evening relaxation exceptionally pleasant.

The hotel is located within their commercial district, and we initially had trouble finding it, but the front desk lady was very kind and came to pick us up. There's a huge parking lot at the entrance, and parking in the commercial district is also free. We checked in in the afternoon, and since it was quite late, the check-in process was very quick. When we entered the room, our eyes really lit up – it was pretty much as we expected! The hygiene was also very good, and there's even a photo-op spot on the second floor! It's fantastic~

Traveling with kids during the summer, the most important thing for me is how thoughtful the hotel is. The newly opened Polygram Hotel at Sayram Lake really made us feel right at home! The hotel's front desk manager, a man, was incredibly patient with the children. As soon as we checked in, he gave them local specialty snacks, and in the evening, he even sent fruit to the kids – so incredibly thoughtful! The hotel environment was clean and hygienic, and the loft room facilities were very family-friendly for groups. You can really tell that the hotel considers families with children in every detail, which made our trip with the kids much easier. We will definitely choose this place again next time!

The hotel is also very close to scenic spots, making it convenient for those driving. Regarding service, the front desk staff are very enthusiastic. If there are any issues with the room, the service staff respond very quickly. Check-in and check-out are both fast, and they even recommend sightseeing routes.

This is a fantastic new hotel, just a few minutes' drive from the east gate of Sayram Lake. The underfloor heating was wonderfully warm, and the facilities were comprehensive. Parking was convenient, and they even thoughtfully provided earplugs for light sleepers. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich – many hotels around Sayram Lake don't even offer breakfast, and this one was still reasonably priced!

The front desk staff were efficient and polite, the hot water in the bathroom was consistently good, and the location was excellent. The bed was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. A very satisfying experience!

The room itself was alright. The front desk staff upgraded us to a suite, which looked decent at first glance, but it wasn't really suitable for living. The loft bed had no window and was very stuffy, making both of us feel a bit dizzy. The service was genuinely poor, apart from the front desk guy who was okay, everyone else was not good. I called the front desk to fix the TV sound, to send afternoon tea, and to warm up some food. It took at least half an hour for them to come and deal with the TV sound. I had to make a second call for the afternoon tea. As for warming the food, let's not even talk about it; they took the food and never brought it back warm, from the afternoon until we checked out the next day. Breakfast wasn't great either. The fruit for afternoon tea wasn't fresh.

The Sayram Lake Tanchengyi Resort Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The lobby had a fantastic atmosphere, and many of the hotel's decorations were incredibly creative and delightful! The exotic décor was perfect for photos! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with high-quality furnishings, a Dyson hairdryer, and premium toiletries – thoughtful details indeed. The amenities were a pleasant surprise: a mahjong room, billiards room, gym, massage room, and yoga room – everything you could need. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options! The communal laundry room was perfect for long-distance travelers. In the evening, you could even witness a stunning sunset from the terrace. Staying here is incredibly convenient for your trip to Sayram Lake, allowing you to relax and unwind without feeling overwhelmed. It's suitable for groups or families alike, making it the top choice for your Sayram Lake trip! I'll definitely book a stay here next time!
