From the initial booking communication to the actual on-site experience, the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. They were never perfunctory, which made us feel truly valued. The overall environment was clean and tidy, meticulously maintained, and the hygiene was excellent. Every corner was spotless and bright, with no strange odors or dirty spots. The atmosphere was quiet, comfortable, clean, and airy, making one feel instantly relaxed and at ease upon entering. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. Compared to similar experiences, whether it's the quality of service, the environmental conditions, or the overall experience, it far exceeded expectations and was absolutely worth every penny. The entire process offered an excellent experience, professional yet attentive, with no disappointments whatsoever. I am extremely satisfied. I sincerely recommend this to everyone; it was a truly perfect experience! The bed was soft and very clean! The breakfast was very rich, the noodles were all handmade, the ramen master was on-site ramen, the experience was very good, and the service attitude was good! And the hotel is 1 km from Sailimu Lake Scenic Area, and there is a pick-up service. We go to the visitor center and there is a special car transfer, which is very convenient!

Arrived at the hotel at 22:00, the front desk said that the garden view twin room was upgraded to a parent-child room, which is more comfortable. The actual room decoration smells super heavy. The promotional picture should be a decoration effect picture, but there is a difference in reality. The bath water is not hot (my companions were a little cold watching the sunset at Sai Lake, and wanted to take a hot bath to warm up), and it became colder and colder. The front desk said that because it was full, everyone took a bath at the same time, so the water temperature was not enough. The water was hot after taking a bath ten or twenty minutes later. I waited for an hour and the water temperature was still not hot enough. The room is indeed quite large, the bed is quite comfortable, and the bathroom is large enough for dry and wet separation, but the supporting facilities are a bit cheap. You will understand it after staying there. The breakfast is priced at 68 yuan per person. To be honest, it is expensive. There is no yogurt and coffee (the chain hotel I stayed in a few nights ago provided them). The taste is still good. There are not many varieties, but it is enough to eat.

The stay experience was great, the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and sleepy. Special thanks to Zoey at the front desk, who treated people gently and patiently, and communicated the room needs in advance. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, the service is intimate and the price is very high, I will choose this one next time I travel, it is highly recommended!
