"This hotel is located outside the Sayram Lake scenic area and appears to be newly opened, as the facilities are incredibly new and clean. The property is quite large, primarily offering two types of accommodations: RV-style 'space capsule' rooms and small cabins. We initially booked a space capsule RV, but the front desk upgraded us to a cabin, claiming it was larger with two separate rooms, two bathrooms, and a living area in between. While the cabin was new and tidy, personally, I felt the space capsule RV would have offered a more futuristic and modern feel. If you're driving, you can park at the hotel's front desk or drive closer to your unit. Our room was near the restaurant and coffee shop, and even after closing hours, there was minimal noise despite people passing by. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant on our first night. The dishes tasted good, but the wait was excessively long. For just a few simple dishes, we waited almost an hour. What's more, we had informed the restaurant of our dinner reservation right after check-in, so they should have had ample time to prepare. This long wait was simply unacceptable. While waiting, I also noticed other guests leaving due to the extended delays. We repeatedly urged the staff, but their helpless expressions made it hard to fully blame them. However, I truly hope the hotel improves this aspect, as it significantly detracts from the overall experience. We had planned to eat early and explore the surroundings, but by the time dinner was finally served an hour later, it was already late at night, making it impossible to enjoy the hotel's amenities. The hotel also offers a buffet breakfast at the same location. There's a good selection, but even before breakfast officially ended, we saw most of the staff coming to get food boxes, eating the same breakfast as us. Although we were almost finished, when we went back for more, there was very little food left, which was disappointing. While I appreciate the hotel's good treatment of its employees, allowing them to share the same meal choices as guests, I suggest they have their breakfast after guests have finished. It feels a bit off to pay a relatively high price for accommodation and then have to share breakfast with staff before the service time is even over, especially given the hotel's higher pricing, which comes with higher expectations. The hotel's coffee shop has a strong design aesthetic and is perfect for Instagram. Unfortunately, the coffee prices were quite high, so we didn't make a purchase, simply taking some photos before leaving. However, if you have time, it would be a very comfortable place to relax for a while."

"Facilities: The hotel's hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo were all of good quality. They provided a travel-sized pair of toothbrushes and enough toothpaste for half a month. Right in the hotel lobby, there's a self-service machine to buy Sayram Lake tickets. The hotel is located just behind the Old East Gate, and it's very convenient to drive to the New East Gate area for dining. After staying a few days, I no longer needed navigation to get to and from the lake for meals. Room: The duplex room had two bathrooms, one on each floor. The bedding was excellent, and I slept very comfortably with the two types of pillows provided. On the fourth floor, there's a platform that gets plenty of sunlight and is very quiet, offering lake views. The laundry room on the basement level had relatively new and clean ironing facilities. The hotel also has a campsite within the 'Dianjiangtai' area. I even borrowed the hotel's kettle to make coffee and watch the sunset by the lake, which was very satisfying. In July, during Xinjiang's peak season, hotels are fully booked. Many hotels priced between 1500-2000 on Ctrip often receive average reviews for their accommodation experience. This hotel was recommended by Ctrip's itinerary planner, Yan Yan, and I personally feel that the amenities are five-star+ with a great personalized butler service experience. The yogurt at the hotel breakfast was delicious!"

"The room itself was alright. The front desk staff upgraded us to a suite, which looked decent at first glance, but it wasn't really suitable for living. The loft bed had no window and was very stuffy, making both of us feel a bit dizzy. The service was genuinely poor, apart from the front desk guy who was okay, everyone else was not good. I called the front desk to fix the TV sound, to send afternoon tea, and to warm up some food. It took at least half an hour for them to come and deal with the TV sound. I had to make a second call for the afternoon tea. As for warming the food, let's not even talk about it; they took the food and never brought it back warm, from the afternoon until we checked out the next day. Breakfast wasn't great either. The fruit for afternoon tea wasn't fresh."
