The guesthouse boasts an excellent location, making getting around incredibly easy. Line B is right outside, and Line A along with a branch line are just a short walk away. As we were traveling with children, the amenities nearby were perfect: a town square, a seaside market (which included a grocery store), and even a children's farm. Our kids absolutely adored it! Dining options were also convenient, with an Italian steak restaurant and 'The Third Canteen' just a short distance away. The accommodation was fully equipped. Our children particularly loved the tatami mats. The TV could swivel, and cartoons streamed perfectly. The hostess was incredibly warm and thoughtful, explaining everything clearly. She also guided us on booking must-do attractions and offered excellent advice.

Stayed in Building 2, high-rise. Much cleaner than the hotels at Arcadia. Just a short walk downstairs is a super busy commercial area with several popular网红 (Wanghong/internet-famous) stores. The Life Market supermarket is also there, making shopping very convenient. It's livelier than the dog kennel area but not noisy. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The location is amazing! Just open the door to the balcony, facing the beach and the sea. Watching the waves in the morning and feeling the sea breeze in the evening creates a fantastic atmosphere. The view of that red building is incredibly photogenic! The room is impeccable in its details. The modern minimalist decor is very stylish. The TV can even play variety shows, the sofa chairs are comfortable and photogenic, and the curtains and storage cabinets are thoughtfully designed. It's so clean and tidy, it doesn't feel like a guesthouse; it feels like home. The overall experience is fantastic! Excellent soundproofing and great natural light. It's quiet and peaceful at night. The small table and chairs on the balcony are perfect for relaxing with a drink or a chat. Even the greenery and small decorative items show attention to detail. The host is super nice and easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out were very convenient.

For 23 years, Anaya has felt good living here. This time, we chose to live here with our three and six people with two girlfriends and the children! First of all, the room was very clean and the living was very comfortable. The layout of the room is very reasonable. Household appliances and daily necessities are all available. Like at home, both balconies can be washed and dried. They can make simple meals, boil porridge, boil egg noodles, etc. Our breakfast is perfect. Solved, the balcony can look at the sea, just see the church, The scenery is super beautiful, there is a swimming pool downstairs in the community, and the children are very happy. Downstairs is the central area of the community. The bus routes in the park are gathered here, it is convenient to go anywhere, and it is a six or seven-minute walk from the beach. Every time I feel like I don't stay enough! The landlord was very enthusiastic, because it was the second time I stayed and bought us a fruit gift box. I really felt the warmth of home! Every time I come here, I will choose to live here. I really evaluate it. Our real video! highly recommended!

I was quite pleased with both the cleanliness and the service. The room offered sea views, and the living room was a loft. However, slippers were not provided. Sand toys were available, which the kids really enjoyed. We drove ourselves and parked at the Sixth Reception Center. A shuttle bus then took us and our luggage directly to our building entrance. We chose to stay within the resort area specifically for its convenience. However, breakfast was inconvenient. Many of the resort's restaurants were closed for breakfast, and external food delivery services couldn't access the area.

My daughter and grandson came to visit, so we went on a 2-day, 1-night trip to Anaya, a place I had only heard about before. It turned out to be a much better time than I expected. We were particularly worried about finding accommodation, but they upgraded our room because we had children with us. They provided detailed explanations and friendly service, and the place was clean; it felt like they paid attention to every detail, so everyone was satisfied. Clean and comfortable. Both the elderly and children enjoyed it. The children's room had bunk beds, and both kids were very happy. The hotel is located in Phase 4, making it very convenient, with many supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

[The experience of staying at Aranya B&B exceeded expectations! 】This time I stayed at Anaya B&B which completely overturned my understanding of short-term rentals! Minimalist design furniture, every corner is full of artistic atmosphere. The courtyard is clean and tidy, with parasols, tables and chairs. The housekeeper sent a travel guide 3 days in advance and prepared welcome snacks when we checked in. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the sound insulation is excellent, and the shuttle bus can reach the Lonely Library. I highly recommend it whether it’s a family trip or a vacation with girlfriends. I will definitely visit it again next time I come to Anaya! Great value for money!

The service was excellent, and the manager was very friendly. It was a fantastic stay, and the place is incredibly close to the sea! The guesthouse has toys and bed rails for kids, which is great for families with young children. Unfortunately, my little one was too small to play with them, so we'll come back when he's older! The guesthouse is located between the Fifth and Sixth canteens, and we tried both (the grilled squid at the Fifth canteen was really nice).
