"When checking in, all the staff at the front desk (at least four) were not very kind, not enthusiastic at all, mechanical, and it was obvious that there was a lack of training and disorderly. During the processing process, I asked me to pay a 200 deposit. I said that the food bar in the room was charged. I was afraid that the guests would not pay for it. I decisively refused and clearly told me that I would not eat. The staff at the front desk immediately changed their faces from mechanical processing to ignoring... I just made do with it for one night. What to say, I found out that the room next door was a wedding room. It would be very noisy early the next morning. In order to rest well, I asked for a room change. A staff member who changed the room for me made me feel like a spring breeze. It should be a deputy manager at the front desk (this kind of hotel position can't be so detailed, I have the impression that the badge shows this position), and I didn't have time to ask the name. Not only did I actively solve the problem, but also gave me two breakfasts, and the attitude was very good. To be honest, if it weren't for this staff, I wouldn't have five-star praise. I hope the hotel can praise this staff well."

"The guesthouse boasts an excellent location, making getting around incredibly easy. Line B is right outside, and Line A along with a branch line are just a short walk away. As we were traveling with children, the amenities nearby were perfect: a town square, a seaside market (which included a grocery store), and even a children's farm. Our kids absolutely adored it! Dining options were also convenient, with an Italian steak restaurant and 'The Third Canteen' just a short distance away.
The accommodation was fully equipped. Our children particularly loved the tatami mats. The TV could swivel, and cartoons streamed perfectly.
The hostess was incredibly warm and thoughtful, explaining everything clearly. She also guided us on booking must-do attractions and offered excellent advice."

GGuest UserOverall, my stay was excellent. My family and children loved it. Here are some details:
1. The housekeeper contacted us the day before and provided assistance with the vehicle number required to enter the park.
2. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, which wasn't ideal for our early flight arrival. We could leave our luggage at the hotel and take the hotel shuttle to the cafeteria for meals or to check in at the main park.
3. Snacks were provided in the room for free, and they were even restocked the next day. I thought the hotel was very generous. Welcome fruit was provided upon check-in. The hotel's breakfast buffet wasn't particularly extensive, and the breakfast didn't vary significantly between our two stays, but it was more than enough to fill us up.
4. The hotel's shuttle bus is available 24 hours a day and is very responsive. We relied on it almost exclusively for getting in and out, which was very satisfying, but I also felt the staff were quite tired. So, when we left at 4:00 AM to watch the sunrise, we didn't see the shuttle at the hotel entrance, so we just walked to the beach.
5. The hotel has a laundry room, which was very convenient for washing and drying clothes. 6. The hotel's soundproofing is excellent. My child said that after staying in so many hotels, this was the only time they couldn't hear the noise from the room next door, even though we were at the end of the hallway.
7. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Lanxi Beach. Hai Restaurant also has a wide variety of food, and I highly recommend it.
❗️One caveat: If you're shipping items to the hotel in advance, only SF Express and JD.com will deliver; other couriers will only go to the nearby town. If you need to take the North Shore shuttle bus, remember to take a photo of the timetable at the bus stop outside the hotel or ask the hotel housekeeper. These two points were learned the hard way.
Finally, thank you to the hotel housekeeper: Xin. It was a very pleasant stay.

Knowing that I was with a child, they would specially replenish baby supplies. The WeChat butler was also always available and never said no. The second visit in 2024 will not disappoint you. The hotel room is not bad. The windows can be opened for ventilation. There is also a small balcony for hanging clothes. The hotel service is very good. The free small refrigerator has a rich variety of drinks. The hotel breakfast quality is quite good👍8 am to 10:30 am is the dining time. The hotel breakfast restaurant serves Sichuan cuisine for lunch and dinner. The hotel lobby is Tang Coffee, which faces the sea and Tagi. There is a shared space on the second floor where you can watch the sunrise. The hotel's own shuttle bus is very convenient for pick-up and drop-off in the park. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is slightly poor. I mentioned this issue when checking out, and the management also gave coffee coupons

GGuest UserThe Fisher Island resort hotel is quite good. However, we encountered some problems that needed attention to improve their services. First, there was a receptionist at the first station. He was rude in giving instructions to the taxi driver. Second, the room was not so clean. The carpet is not tidy and the room smells cigarette. In general, Fisher Island Resort Hotel has good amenities. Good for the children who like playgrounds and activities. Swimming pools are plenty for young and old to enjoy. But they need to be careful because it's so slippery. This hotel.has a lot of activities to do. I will recommend this to the whole family.
