"The hotel environment is decent, and it's pet-friendly with good service. The showerhead in the bathroom seems a bit old, but the water pressure is still okay. The wet and dry separation is a plus. We got a free upgrade to a sea-view room, which was nice. There are charging stations downstairs, which is convenient, though charging is a bit pricey at 1.55/kWh. I'd recommend coming back early if you go out at night, otherwise, you might not find a parking spot and have to park on the street in front of the hotel. It's not too far from the Coastal Market, so you can take a leisurely stroll there if you don't mind the walk. Watching the sunrise in the morning is quite lovely. The area around the hotel is a bit desolate, so you'll have to eat breakfast at the hotel. The buffet breakfast is 28 per person and offers a good variety."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. We received a welcome fruit platter. Around 10:30 PM, I tried to open the sofa bed but couldn't figure it out. I called the front desk, and a staff member came up almost immediately to help set it up. Check-in and check-out included a shuttle service. Our experience within the park was also seamless; there was no hassle with ticket checks, and the shows were spectacular. Overall, we had a fantastic time. After getting home, we realized my child's watch was missing from the hot spring area. I called the hotel, and Manager Miao Linshuang, along with the entire hotel staff, launched a full search. They found it quickly and mailed it back to us. We were truly touched by their kindness!"

"The experience at WonderLand Giraffe Hotel in Yutian Qilihai exceeded our expectations! We stayed in an interactive balcony room, and in the morning, we could open the balcony door and feed the giraffes up close, which made our child incredibly happy. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained with new facilities, and all the kid-friendly amenities were thoughtfully provided. We could enjoy breakfast while watching the giraffes, and the selection was plentiful. The hotel is located right within the resort, and the stay includes admission to the scenic area, making it very convenient for exploring. The hotel is located in the central area of Aranya and has non-motorized play facilities that kept our two-and-a-half-year-old very entertained. The pool was well-maintained with clean water, and our baby loved it. The hotel is also very close to the beach, with frequent shuttle service, making it super convenient to take the little one to the sand."

"Our family stayed at Nuoan Yuanjin, and our butler, Wendy, was incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout. When we booked the deck time, I was concerned about mosquitos for the kids since it's outdoors, and I shared my worries with Wendy. She informed me beforehand that mosquito repellent would be available on-site and even helped reserve a more suitable seating area for us. During the deck time, we enjoyed some drinks and snacks, and it was a very comfortable and relaxing experience for the whole family. Afterward, she proactively asked about our dining experience. For daily needs, whether it was calling for the shuttle or requesting extra amenities for the room, communication was simple and efficient. The service was genuinely sincere, without any pretense or empty words. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again the next time I visit Aranya."

There are welcome fruits and drinks every day, and you can interact with cute pets downstairs. The children are super happy. The breakfast is rich and amazing. "Arcadia is a well-established entertainment complex with meticulously maintained pools, lawns, and beaches. We booked a pet-friendly room, and upon check-in, the resort arranged a shuttle to take us to Zone 3. The room was incredibly spacious, with great natural light, and they even provided a pet welcome kit, which thoughtfully included tick repellent spray. Right outside our door were a lawn and a pool, which our dog absolutely loved, and our child had a blast too. It's definitely a top choice for family trips! Our room was a private, independent space, a short walk from the main lobby. However, the hotel provides a convenient shuttle service for all transportation needs. I especially want to commend the complimentary yoga class. I was the only student that day, so it essentially turned into a private 1-on-1 session. The yoga instructor was hands down the best I've ever encountered – so dedicated and meticulous in her teaching. The hotel's spa also boasts a wonderful ambiance. Overall, it was a truly healing and enjoyable trip. I'll definitely be bringing my family here next time for some relaxation."

The pricing was incredibly fair and didn't feel inflated at all, making it very family-friendly. **2. Rich Park Entertainment, Tons of Free Activities** All basic attractions within the park – like the mini-train, sightseeing buggies, boat rides, and Ferris wheel – were free. Plus, there were continuous special performances: * **Stunt Stage Show:** Impressive scale with amazing sound and light effects, providing an excellent visual experience. * **Stunt Car Show:** Thrilling and exciting, with fantastic sound, light, and electric effects creating an immersive atmosphere. * **'Chi Wen Jiu Jiu' Bubble Event:** An immersive bubble ocean that the kids absolutely loved. * **Exclusive 'Silver Tickets' from the hotel:** We used these for traditional games like ring toss, beanbag toss, and 'touhu' (pitch-pot), winning more 'silver tickets' to exchange for other activities. Although the hotel's standard checkout time was 12 PM, the kind sales staff extended it to 1 PM for us, showing great flexibility and understanding. **4. Excellent Pre-Arrival Service, Smooth Entry Process** The day before our arrival, a sales representative proactively contacted us via WeChat to confirm our itinerary and accommodation details. They also helped us arrange entry QR codes in advance, saving us from queuing at the entrance.
