The glass grain flows near the entrance, and the hazy glass causes visual blur, like a curtain wall flowing in chaos, isolating the two worlds inside and outside the curtain wall; The sloping door frame leads to the unknown. At night, the light and shadow device at the door is dreamy and beautiful. Under the divergent warm yellow light, the whole hotel seems to come from parallel time and space, sleep in the dark night and shuttle through time and space. "Seriously recommend this hotel! My stay was absolutely fantastic, and the biggest surprise was how incredibly clean everything was. The moment I walked into the room, it was sparkling – floors and surfaces were spotless, and there wasn't a speck of dust even in the corners and crevices. The bedding was soft and plush, pristine white and fresh, making for a super comfortable sleep. The bathroom deserves a special shout-out: mirrors and tiles were gleaming, and the shower area and toilet were impeccably clean with no odors whatsoever – it was truly a pleasure to see.
The room's facilities were also excellent; all appliances and lights worked perfectly, and the hot water came on quickly and was stable, no issues at all with daily use. The public areas were also meticulously maintained, with fresh air in the hallways and lobby. You could tell the cleaning staff put a lot of effort into their work, really nailing the details. Overall, I felt safe and at ease during my stay, and the value for money is absolutely incredible. It's perfect whether you're traveling or just need a short-term stay. I've already saved it and will definitely choose this place again next time I'm around. Go for it, ladies!"

Highly recommend the Wellesley Hotel Changsha Meixi Lake! My stay here exceeded expectations, it was truly relaxing and rejuvenating ✨
🔹Exceptional Butler Service: The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive, meticulous, and thoughtful. From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome.
🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely.
🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance.
The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

XunzhaofangxiangxiangThe hotel location is quite convenient, very close to Wuyi Subway Station, just a few minutes' walk. The rooms come in various styles, with a great ambiance, and are equipped with a high-speed hairdryer and a smart toilet. Hygiene and service are excellent and very responsive. The front desk is bright and spacious, and there's even a small gift upon check-out. The service is very thoughtful.

Maybe because we are not locals, but we could not get accustomed to the temperature. We were sweating all night, calling down to fix the air conditioning but the hotel said the air-conditioning system is centralized, and could not turn it on at this time. However, they offered a fan to help cool down the room.

Ting Kwong HockThe room was very clean and spacious, I loved it. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was quite good too. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changsha. Plus, they offer complimentary luggage service and have a rich cultural ambiance. Oh, and the breakfast milk was delicious! Great service all around, highly recommended!

li@zyAfter staying three nights at Niccolo, I decided to try this hotel for a night, thinking it had good reviews online. I ended up being sorely disappointed.
First off, the lobby was incredibly noisy, stuffy, and had an unpleasant smell, which immediately gave me a terrible first impression of the hotel. Upstairs on the sixth floor, there were only three staff members, and a large crowd of people trying to check in. It was very congested with no clear queuing system, leading to some impolite guests cutting in line.
Then there's the room itself – the hardware facilities were extremely poor. It claimed to be over 40 square meters, but it felt much smaller. The shower and bathtub were tucked away at the very back, making it easy to slip and fall if you weren't careful, and the lighting was incredibly dim. The bathroom mirror even had water stains, and you had to get very close to see yourself in it.
The only redeeming features were the gym and the dry and wet saunas; it was my first time experiencing a wet sauna.
Overall, it was quite a bad experience. I've stayed at many W hotels in different locations, and this was by far the worst.

Guest UserCame for a short weekend trip to Orange Isle and stayed at the Poly Orange Isle Noya Hotel for two nights straight – and the experience was absolutely fantastic! The most pleasant surprise was the dedicated butler service; it was superb. They called ahead to confirm our needs and thought of every little detail. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, and the environment was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a family to relax. The location is excellent, making it super easy to visit the scenic spots. The service was attentive yet unobtrusive, and the overall quality was top-notch. It's our first choice for family travel, and we'll definitely book again next time we're in Changsha.

Guest UserAtmosphere: For the price, this is the best hotel room I've stayed in Changsha. Having stayed in so many hotels, I still felt it was excellent value for money the moment I walked in. This alone is a huge recommendation.
Cleanliness: Very good, very clean.
Facilities: Excellent. The swimming pool, gym, and other amenities are all great, including various executive benefits. Truly worth it.
Service: There were a couple of minor issues.
The good points are: 1) There's always someone to help with luggage during check-in and check-out, unlike some other hotels where they don't bother once you're checking out. 2) The front desk staff are very patient.
The downsides are: 1) My girlfriend encountered some staff with a bad attitude during afternoon tea. 2) In the buffet restaurant, there were constant sales pitches for group buying deals right next to us, with quite a few people, which wasn't a great experience.
However, I still highly recommend it. The pros definitely outweigh the cons, and for the same price point, I personally think it's genuinely the best.

The room was quiet and well-soundproofed, and the river view room offered amazing photo opportunities! The location is great, close to shopping districts and the subway, making it super convenient for getting around. The service was consistently reliable and excellent. Highly recommend for business or leisure travelers.

Guest UserThe hotel lobby has a great design, perfect for a younger crowd. The room was quite spacious and very comfortable, clean, and had an private bathroom. Both the front desk and room service were excellent; you can just scan a QR code to order anything you need, and delivery is prompt. Streaming shows on the TV was a blast. The breakfast had a good variety, and the cocktails were tasty. It's just a few minutes' walk to Huangxing Pedestrian Street, making it super convenient for getting around.
