Booked this last minute for a business trip and had a good experience. The KingKoil mattress really does support your back, and the complimentary luo han guo tea and coffee in the lobby were nice touches. The room had great natural light and decent soundproofing; even on a lower floor, it wasn't noisy. I usually check negative reviews before booking, but it seems some of the online complaints for this hotel might be outdated, as my stay was very comfortable. I'll likely choose this place again when I'm back in Heyuan.
