"The hotel's dinosaur theme was a huge hit with my kids. From the lobby to our room, everything was filled with dinosaur elements, and the attention to detail was really impressive. This is a resort where you can find everything you need for dining, entertainment, and fun, making it perfect for family activities. They have a water park, hot springs, a dinosaur park, horseback riding, archery, go-karts, and kayaking, among other facilities. Unfortunately, my child got sick, so we couldn't experience many of the activities, but we're looking forward to coming back next time. The 'little housekeeper' (personal butler/concierge) provided excellent service. They contacted me a day before our arrival to coordinate everything, and the arrangements for our check-in were very thorough and thoughtful. All the staff members, from top to bottom, are clearly very well-trained. Everyone we encountered was polite and proactively greeted guests (it's truly rare to see this consistently from every single staff member, so the hotel really deserves praise for their efforts in service). Finally, a small suggestion for the hotel: perhaps because it's close to the mountains, the humidity was very high, and the quilts and pillows in the room had a musty smell. The hotel promptly helped us address it, but it might be an area where they need to find a long-term solution."

However, there weren't many restaurants nearby, so I had to go out to play whenever I needed to. "The hotel is elegantly styled after the Banyan Tree. The service is excellent; this level of overall service is exceptional for a suburban area like Heyuan. After booking, I received a call from the hotel manager. On the way to the hotel, we arranged everything from extra beds, dinner reservations, menus, and town activities. Upon check-in, the lobby staff, four or five of whom provided us with various introductions and services, were very friendly and attentive. The lady taking photos was patient and always had a sweet smile. The hotel manager responded promptly to any WeChat messages and offered suggestions, a far cry from the often insignificant butlers at many hotels. Special praise goes to Xiaogang and Xiaoxu. The room was also new and spacious, with both an indoor and outdoor hot spring bathtub. Downstairs was the hot spring pool, open 24 hours a day, with the perfect temperature and extremely convenient. The breakfast was incredibly rich, delicious, and not overly fancy. For both a stay and a vacation, this hotel is well worth the price, although it's a bit far from Chunmuyuan Town, which is quite average."
