I have to commend Lily at the front desk! Check-in was fast and efficient, and she was incredibly gentle, kind, and had a very welcoming smile. She patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions about my stay and local transportation routes, providing thoughtful and comprehensive service. Her diligent and responsible work, along with her warm and polite demeanor throughout, made me feel incredibly comfortable. The excellent front desk service significantly enhanced my stay, leaving me with a great impression. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it!

Both the hotel and Minghui Ancient Town are absolutely stunning! We booked two nights over the Qingming Festival and spent three days thoroughly exploring the ancient town and enjoying the hotel. I really loved the hotel's facilities and style. Our room overlooked a beautiful garden at the entrance of the ancient town, which was gorgeous. It was so relaxing to sip tea and enjoy the view from the window-side tatami, though I do wish there was a balcony. The hotel service was exceptional! All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic. The hotel has its own exclusive entrance for boat tours, which was very convenient. We took the boat both mornings, but it's a shame it only covers the outer half of the ancient town. The hotel also has a private viewing area for the evening performance, with shuttle service directly there. Unfortunately, there were too few seats, so we had to stand, which led to obstructed views and some arguments among guests. Minghui Ancient Town is breathtaking – every single spot is beautiful! The spring water goes without saying, but what truly stands out is the exquisite design and high level of interactivity. It took us three full days to take in every detail and participate in just a few activities. I highly recommend not only walking within the ancient town but also going up onto the city wall and walking around it – it offers a different, equally beautiful perspective! We will definitely be back again!

This is the third time I have been to Zhujiayu. This time I chose Tanjing Courtyard, which was very good. First of all, the yard is very fun and children especially like it. Secondly, the stewed chicken at the farmhouse my aunt contacted was particularly delicious. Finally, the boss was also very enthusiastic. However, I still want to make some suggestions, not because I feel bad, but because I want to encourage the boss to do better. Suggestion 1: If there is a smelly sister in the room in autumn, it is recommended to apply medicine in advance. Suggestion 2: The breakfast is too simple, and even the old man will not be full at all. Suggestion 3: It would be better if there are toys for children. The fragrance of osmanthus in the golden autumn leaves good memories in Tanjing Courtyard. I will continue to choose here next time.

This is an older, well-established hotel located right next to Jinan West Railway Station. The rooms are nice and fully equipped, and the public areas are spacious. The breakfast offers a good variety. Being next to Jinan West Station, it's incredibly convenient to walk to the station, which is a huge plus for anyone traveling from there. The area around Jinan West Station is quite lively, and despite being a new district, it has plenty of shopping and dining options. The only downside is that it's a bit far from Jinan's traditional tourist attractions, about a 30-minute drive or taxi ride, which could be longer on holidays. However, with subway access, it's still manageable. The hotel has a small, free outdoor parking area, which is a small traffic circle with limited spaces. The underground parking is shared, so you'll need to get a validation ticket from the front desk each time. The rooms are spacious, though the design clearly shows its age. The lighting is a bit dim, and there are no adjustable light modes. Still, overall, it's very good, offering a safe, umbrella, and refrigerator. Unlike newer hotels with thick, firm mattresses, the twin beds here have moderately soft and incredibly bouncy mattresses, making for a very comfortable sleep. During my stay, Jinan's weather was pleasant, and sleeping with the windows open was just right; sometimes I even needed to close them at night, which was nice. The bathroom features a convenient double-sink design, and the shower has excellent water pressure. The water temperature is surprisingly amazing, which is a big plus for a high-rise building. The rainfall showerhead is installed in the ceiling, and the water still feels hot when it reaches you – truly fantastic! This alone sets it apart from many other high-rise hotels. Breakfast is served on the second floor of the hotel, starting quite early at 6:30 AM. However, at this time, some preparations are still underway, and not all dishes are fully ready, so it's better to go around 7:00 AM. The breakfast restaurant is very large and has plenty of tables. The breakfast selection is quite rich, but surprisingly, they don't offer Jinan's famous 'Bazi Rou' (braised pork), which is a bit unusual for a hotel in Jinan. They provide several hot dishes, which are well-prepared but not particularly outstanding. There's a live cooking station for wontons and noodles; the noodles vary daily, but the sauce tends to be a bit bland. They also have a unique 'egg bun' (similar to an omelet) at the fried egg station. They don't usually make it proactively, but you can ask a staff member to prepare it for you on the spot, which takes about 3 minutes. If you pair it with bacon, sausage, and beans, you've got a classic Western breakfast. The drinks offered at the restaurant are good, and with ice, they're even better. The hotel service is also on point. Both the front desk and restaurant staff are efficient, especially the restaurant staff who are constantly cleaning and tidying up. The front desk staff even personally delivered takeout to my door when the robot was busy, which is truly commendable.

Mindy from Guest Relations pre-arranged a wonderful room for us and thoughtfully provided an introduction to the hotel beforehand. We were extremely satisfied – a perfect 10/10! The hotel's overall ambiance strikes a great balance between ceremonial elegance and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Despite its high-end brand service, it never feels stuffy or distant.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful during check-in. The room was spotless, especially the bed, and you could tell the quality was excellent everywhere. Plus, the breakfast spread was rich and varied. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely choose this hotel again! They offer free parking and free self-service laundry. The staff are friendly, and most importantly, the price is very reasonable. What more could you ask for in a hotel?

Before coming here, I booked a hotel that was relatively close to Orleburg. It was not noisy, the location was easy to find, and parking was convenient. The facilities are complete, the ladies at the front desk are very gentle and beautiful, and the service is excellent (I am a woman, so I have no other intentions) When parking with children and picking up luggage, you can go directly from the parking area to another door of the hotel, which is not too convenient. The surrounding area of ​​the hotel is quiet, the breakfast is rich, and there are freshly cooked meals. The live TV programs are clear, and children can watch animations for a while when they are tired after a long day of play. This hotel is also very close to some famous restaurants. There is also a purifier in the house If I have the opportunity to come to Jinan again, it will be my first choice for accommodation.

The hotel was clean, in a great location, and the service was warm and welcoming. Our two-day weekend trip was delightful, with beautiful scenery and a constant stream of performances. Although there was a minor hiccup, our trip manager, Xiao Gao, handled it promptly, and the person in charge followed up throughout, resolving the issue smoothly – that was the most heartwarming part of the trip. While the scenic area is beautiful, occasional unexpected situations are inevitable. The management team's conscientiousness and responsibility demonstrated their strong ability to handle any unforeseen circumstances, ensuring a perfect vacation. The hotel is near Jinan West railway station. The staff is very polite. I have been in Jinan for 6 days, and visited 3 hotels. This is the best, the price is a little expensive but it's worth it. The view from the 18th floor
