Jinan Mountain view Hotels

First of all, Atour's bedding is truly excellent. The mattress is incredibly comfortable, and the comforter is both warm and breathable, completely preventing any stuffiness. I'm totally sold! Secondly, the location is superb. The subway and bus lines are very convenient for getting to Thousand Buddha Mountain and Daming Lake directly. Third, the cleaning service was impeccable. The staff was completely undisturbed, and towels and bathrobes were individually wrapped. Fourth, the only slight drawback is that people walk on the roof outside on the second floor, and the rain makes a lot of noise, slightly compromising privacy. Try to choose a higher floor if possible. Fifth, the front desk upgraded my room, provided breakfast, and even extended my check-out time. Communication was smooth. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience choosing Atour this time.

Clean, hygienic, and I have to say, considerate. The room at this price is not only large, but the decoration is quite warm. Especially customers who mind about towels can consider staying. It is filled with disposable bath towels, disposable towels, and mouthwash cups. There are also disposable ones, as well as disposable toilet seats. I came in because of the good reviews, and it is true. The lady boss is also very gentle.

Although very few people can speak English, the staff members made it so easy for me to know where to go for breakfast and helping me with everything I asked or needed. The hotel is situated in the most beautiful scenic area and has great facilities. There is even a Starbucks in the hotel. I met one of the managers named Eddie and he can speak English. He was kind and friendly and said that if I need any assistance I can ask the front desk to contact him and he will help me. The breakfast was delicious with so many different options to choose from. I would’ve stayed there for a week if I could. Amazing experience. Thank you to all the staff members, you made it so easy.

Service: Every staff member's service attitude is really good and polite. We left very early the next day. The front desk staff quickly received us and checked out. We also received a handwritten postcard. It was really thoughtful. I was touched by the details. Hygiene: There is no odor in the bathroom. There is no water stain on the glass door. The toilet is very clean. It is very considerate to put two rolls of toilet paper. Environment: The famous scenic spot in Jinan, Thousand Buddha Mountain, is right outside the window. In short, I was touched by the details.

The check-in experience was terrible. It was the first time I'd ever gotten angry with a front desk agent. I tried to check in at 1:30 PM, but was told the room wasn't ready and they'd notify me when it was. So I went off to do other things. When I came back around 5 PM, the front desk staff had changed, and the new person had no idea about my situation. They couldn't even find my luggage that I'd left at the front desk. For a chain hotel, this is truly awful. Later that evening, during a rehearsal in the conference room, the water bottles and stationery were all over the place, not even aligned in a straight line. I thought hotel staff would sort it out first thing in the morning, but I was wrong. This standard really doesn't live up to a five-star hotel. The 0.5 points are for the view and food at the executive lounge.

The hotel's location was absolutely spot on for my requirements! Whether I needed to run errands or simply explore and dine, everything was within easy walking distance, which saved me a good deal on taxi fares. Returning to the hotel at night, the surrounding area felt very safe, which was a huge bonus. The service truly impressed me; it wasn't an over-the-top, forced enthusiasm, but rather just the right amount of genuine and thoughtful care. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and a special shout-out goes to housekeeper Hou Yingying for her incredibly meticulous and thorough service. With such a convenient location, a safe and comfortable stay, and such personalized service, this trip offered fantastic value for money. I absolutely have to give it a massive thumbs up!

First, the location is great and the price is affordable. It's significantly lower than other hotels of the same standard in the province. We visited during the May Day holiday, and the location is close to Furong Street and Kuanhouli, making it very convenient to get to scenic spots. We could easily get around using shared bikes, eliminating the need for taxis (which are incredibly congested in downtown Jinan). Second, the hotel is clean and hygienic. The front desk and service staff are friendly and attentive to details (note the ”details”). This is something you won't find at other hotels. For a hotel in this price range, it truly demonstrates customer-first service. The hotel also provides a fresh fruit plate every day (unlike the perfunctory ones you get at other hotels, it includes yogurt and a variety of fruits, with a wide variety and a changing flavor each day). It's a substantial plate, and the front desk staff will promptly address any requests you may have. Their friendly service is truly a fantastic experience! I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in Jinan!

It is an okay place to stay for one night sleep. We had a 24-hour layover and chose Holiday Inn because we thought it would be a good International option. The check-in and check-out went smoothly. The food was average but had different options. We went for fresh vegetables. The hotel provides crib which is nice. The best part of the room was the bathroom, it was clean and probably the most maintained part of the room. There is a major road renovation in front of the hotel and it is 24/7 kind of renovation. Our room was facing the main road so it was very hard to have a good quality sleep. We would look into other options next time.

Like the hotel room and service, I feel the grand strength of the hotel very much, the hotel is in a good location, I want to do everything very conveniently, it is a super hotel worth sharing with you. grateful.

This place is really beautiful. The hotel is located in the village in the mountains. So the view is amazing. However there are some things to consider about before coming to this place. First, you should go there only by your car. The location is far from the city and it's hard to get any transportation or taxi. Also, if you don't have a car, it's quiet a challenge to get food. The hotel has food only during certain hours. There is not too many places to eat out as well. The design of the tube room is pretty nice and the bed is huge, but it could be cleaner for this price. If you go there not in a pick season, you're not going to get the buffet breakfast or bbq at the terrace (not enough people😐).
