MM17182****My wife and I booked this hotel for our birthday, and also to enjoy the hot springs. The experience was fantastic. The hotel is located on a mountain next to the Yushui Hot Spring, and we were able to get around by the butler's car and the elevator, ensuring maximum privacy. They even upgraded our room for free, giving us even more stunning mountain views. Our stay also included complimentary tickets to the Yushui Hot Spring, Tianmu Lake, and Nanshan Bamboo Forest, allowing us to explore all of Liyang's key scenic spots in one trip. During our stay, our butler, Kong Nan, provided impeccable service, elevating our experience to a whole new level. Highly recommended, we'll definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

DDORISTAOOMy boyfriend and I celebrated our 10th anniversary together. We wanted to find a quiet place where we could spend the day alone. We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. It is located in a valley and has a kind of hidden beauty. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious. Before leaving, the housekeeper also gave me peanuts that they grew themselves~

The rooms are clean and tidy, and the smart facilities are very convenient. Each room has a balcony. The food and beverages at the B&B are also very good. We drank local white tea, which was very fragrant, and tasted fish heads from Tianmu Lake, which were very fresh, and there were also fresh strawberries presented by the boss. In addition, there is a parking lot in the courtyard, which is very convenient, and there are free charging piles. Very considerate and enthusiastic service.

GGuest UserThis trip to Tianmu Lake was great. The hotel arranged for a butler to meet us before we set off and sent us the hotel location. The butler Xiao Chen was very considerate and enthusiastic. He was also able to help us upgrade the suite on weekends. It was also very close to Tianmu Lake, just a 5-minute walk away. If the Water World opens, we will stay there again. I will still find the butler Xiao Chen.

From the day before check-in, the hotel's butler service was silky embedded, and it also helped me upgrade to a lake-view bed room for free. GGuest UserThis hotel was recommended to me by my sister. It is indeed very close to the scenic spot. 200 meters is actually very convenient! It is just at the corner downstairs! The hotel has three floors in total. There is no elevator. You have to carry your luggage up hard and no one will carry your luggage for you. It is different from the star hotels in China and abroad. However, the general scenic spot hotel is almost the same as staying for one day! The hotel waiters 💁♂️ are actually OK😌 But the hotel facilities and conditions are really not worthy of the price of 1100 for one night! And the sound insulation of the hotel is very poor. The waiters talk in the corridor, including the sound of talking and laughing when they come back upstairs at night! Our room opens the window and the ancient street is downstairs! My downstairs is Shanghai Aunt! Haha😆 The hotel breakfast is also very average, but there are still basic eggs, milk and bread! The bathroom door in the room needs to be opened sideways. The water outlet of the washbasin is very close to the pool. You have to tilt to wash a small cup. These designs are incomprehensible! Very inconvenient!

XXiaoshuruantangI was really satisfied. I came with my parents and saw the lovely giant panda house with a sweeping view of the bamboo forest. The floor-to-ceiling windows really gave me a peaceful feeling of living in the forest. The stay was also great. The boss was very welcoming and the breakfast was delicious~~ It's very close to hot springs and attractions, about a 5-minute walk.

Yyang119119The homestay is located in a small country. Although the sparrow is small and complete, there are swimming pools and game rooms. The room is not big, but the sheets and quilts are very clean and the waiters are very enthusiastic and efficient. Arrived at three o'clock, I also made a small cockroach.
The parking lot is at the entrance of the hotel, and the area is quite large. The location is too biased. The country road is all bicycle lanes and it is difficult to meet the car. There are many cemeteries on both sides of the road. The road can be entered on both sides of the hotel, and the rainbow road is not far from the road.
The whole stay experience is not bad, the waiter's service must be full marks. There are no good attractions around, I feel suitable for guests who soak in the hotel, enjoy the tranquility, but unfortunately there is no dining. Breakfast is a fixed meal, very simple.
