Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled.
What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team.

DDORISTAOOMy boyfriend and I celebrated our 10th anniversary together. We wanted to find a quiet place where we could spend the day alone. We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. It is located in a valley and has a kind of hidden beauty. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious. Before leaving, the housekeeper also gave me peanuts that they grew themselves~

GGuest UserLet’s talk about the advantages first: the Chinese style of the B&B is very design-friendly, and the facilities newly opened last year are also very new. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the butler's service was attentive and considerate. The flower and tree decorations in the yard downstairs are very beautiful and artistic, and you can take pictures everywhere. Before leaving, I was given a souvenir.
Disadvantages: The children's paradise and the cute pet paradise were being renovated when I checked in. It was a bit regretful that the baby came because there was a children's paradise. Also, I feel that the planning idea is very good. There are small tents and a swimming pool, but it may lack maintenance due to insufficient manpower. The pool was filled with dust, and the small tent was filled with debris.
Overall, the flaws outweigh the flaws. If I have the chance to come to Liyang next time, I will still take my children to stay in this B&B.

GGuest UserThis trip to Tianmu Lake was great. The hotel arranged for a butler to meet us before we set off and sent us the hotel location. The butler Xiao Chen was very considerate and enthusiastic. He was also able to help us upgrade the suite on weekends. It was also very close to Tianmu Lake, just a 5-minute walk away. If the Water World opens, we will stay there again. I will still find the butler Xiao Chen.

The public area of the hotel is not big, but it is right by the Tianmu Lake, thanks to the good surrounding environment. The lake view family room is Tianmu Lake. It is good to watch the sunrise in the room in the morning.
At the end of March, there are no leaves on the lakeside tree, and the scenery should be better in summer.

The housekeeper will add V to send reminders one day in advance, and you can contact us directly if you have anything. Seeing that we brought a 2-year-old baby, we took the initiative to help us add a bed.
On the last day of breakfast, the restaurant waiter heard that the baby was sleeping and couldn't have breakfast, so he provided us with a lunch box to pack it and take it back to eat early. Very user-friendly 👍🏻

The hotel hardware facilities are good compared to its high-end hotel positioning. The facilities are relatively new and modern, with smart toilets and double wash basins. The mattress is harder than other hotel beds and more comfortable to sleep. We and the elderly like to sleep on hard beds.
The lake view bed room where my parents lived, the door was facing the bathtub 🛁, this design is a bit strange 😂.

The buffet breakfast variety should have some, which is not bad compared to the positioning of high-end hotels (but not comparable to luxury hotels).
Husband loves pork sausage for breakfast, baby loves all kinds of buns, and parents love salad. Umi is steamed softer than the outside restaurant, and the noodles are very popular (rich toppings). Everyone in the whole family can find their favorite taste 😋
The restaurant offers baby tableware, baby chairs and pet basins, which are thoughtful.

Nniuniu_mhcUpon arriving at the Quchanli Hot Spring Resort in Liyang, I was first captivated by the beautiful scenery, and then impressed by the service provided by our housekeeper, Xiao Tao. He was professional and meticulous, thoroughly knowledgeable about the hotel's facilities and surroundings, and offered many helpful suggestions. The room was spotless, the infinity pool was stunning, and the hot springs were the perfect temperature for a relaxing soak. Xiao Tao even made reservations at a local restaurant, allowing me to savor authentic Liyang cuisine. Our entire stay was a complete pleasure, with no inconveniences and was completely satisfactory!

Yyang119119The homestay is located in a small country. Although the sparrow is small and complete, there are swimming pools and game rooms. The room is not big, but the sheets and quilts are very clean and the waiters are very enthusiastic and efficient. Arrived at three o'clock, I also made a small cockroach.
The parking lot is at the entrance of the hotel, and the area is quite large. The location is too biased. The country road is all bicycle lanes and it is difficult to meet the car. There are many cemeteries on both sides of the road. The road can be entered on both sides of the hotel, and the rainbow road is not far from the road.
The whole stay experience is not bad, the waiter's service must be full marks. There are no good attractions around, I feel suitable for guests who soak in the hotel, enjoy the tranquility, but unfortunately there is no dining. Breakfast is a fixed meal, very simple.
