We stayed for two days. The next day at noon, we will ask if we need to clean. Environment: very comfortable. Looking at the trees and green leaves, the bathtub is facing there. It’s a bit bare. Hahaha. There is no green scene, but there are curtains. The secret is very good. Service: The boss and the front desk beauty are very good. The restaurant's meal is delicious. There are hot spring pools, swimming pools, and a coffee shop that provides coffee and lemon tea. Although the service is only available until 10 o'clock in the evening, if you have any questions after 10 o'clock, you can still get a reply in the housekeeper group, which is really beyond your expectation. I spontaneously decided on a weekend getaway and regretted only booking one night. I highly, highly recommend everyone experience this place; it truly feels like a hidden paradise, far exceeding my expectations: 1. I chose this place thinking there would be plenty of facilities to pass the time, and there really were. My room had a large bathtub and a small patio right outside. The common areas offered a library, slide, swings, an outdoor pool, and hot springs. There's also a camping lawn with camping chairs and a mahjong table for a fee. Nearby, you can wade and trek along the stream, all within the guesthouse's property (there are very few people; even if the rooms are full, it never feels crowded). 2. I was surprised the hotel was so deep in the mountains, only accessible by car. I double-checked the navigation several times while driving into the mountains, unable to believe a hotel could be in such a remote location. The environment is truly beautiful; it feels like the hotel owner meticulously maintains the entire area. The trees and flowers are well-kept, and the bamboo forest and secluded path by the side entrance are enchanting. Wind chimes are tied to the hundred-year-old longan tree at the entrance, and when the wind blows, you can hear them along with the cicadas... Sitting by the entrance, facing the mountains, I truly felt I'd made the right choice. 3. Everyone I encountered was incredibly warm and helpful. It happened to rain, so someone was sweeping water, another brought an umbrella, and an auntie even offered to wipe the water off the chairs on my patio. A young man helped with luggage, and anything I needed was delivered immediately. Although there's no delivery service or convenience store, there were almost no inconveniences. The fact that the room's mini-fridge even has cooling and heating options shows how thoughtful they are about guests' needs. 🤗 I still recommend bringing plenty of snacks when you come. 4. Even with excellent hygiene, there will still be some mosquitoes and bugs, especially with the recent heavy rain. I think this is hard to avoid deep in the mountains. I just advise everyone to bring mosquito repellent or similar to make their stay even more enjoyable! All in all, I'll definitely come back. I saw construction happening behind the hotel, and I'm excited to see the new developments next time. Grateful to have met such a dedicated group of people and had such a fulfilling weekend. 🍀

先寫優點： 1.因為我們是三個人入住，需要多付200元，酒店幫我們升級成套房。 2.寵物10kg不額外收費。 3.附近風景很漂亮，兩個民宿在一起也比較熱鬧。 一些問題： 1.房間味道真的很大，感覺睡在寵物店裡的味道。不知道具體是什麼原因，房間太潮濕，還是其他原因。感覺做寵物友好酒店這個概念真的很好，但實際運營還是要考慮衞生，空氣問題。 2.入住酒店，剛進房間5分鐘不到，整個酒店突然停電。一個是天氣很熱，停電了半個小時左右，甚至因為馬桶是智能馬桶，因為停電也不能正常使用… 3.感覺前台辦理入住很匆忙，很多細節也沒有説清楚。之前電話有溝通需要寵物用品，到房間後發現並沒有提前準備。也沒有告知早餐時間，免費迷你吧等贈送福利，都還是我自己在攜程頁面上看到的…包括房間有送特調飲料也沒有主動説，晚上散步順便去問的時候才發現是有時間限制13:00-17:30好像，我們就完全錯過了。 4.早餐是半自助，自助的區域補的不是很及時。然後需要的送過來的配菜和主食，其實都是很簡單，明顯已經提前備好的食物，不知道為什麼我們三個人的要分開一個一個送過來，中間甚至間隔十分鐘以上…還都是冷的，感覺服務不是很流暢。 5.停車不是很方便，節假日民宿車位緊張，衹能停在外面用接駁車接送，一個是我們東西比較多還有寵物推車需要搬上搬下很麻煩，退房的時候人一多還需要等，但也沒有具體的工作人員安排排隊。 6.整體建築設計真的一般，每個房間都沒有什麼私隱，走廊走一圈可以看進很多房間，房間裏的窗户也是直接對着其他房間，另外很多房型是沒有電梯的。 7.整體給我的感覺就是服務不是很到位，還需要調整培訓。感覺工作人員很多，但沒有什麼效率。

The tatami in the room can sleep for the big child, charge 50 yuan to add a quilt and breakfast, the price is also very high! ! ! Breakfast is relatively simple, rice noodles, eggs, barbecued buns, flower rolls, white porridge, sweet potatoes, farm breakfast, very healthy! The pool is definitely the most worth punching in! ! ! Health and service are very good, and two buckets of mountain spring water were also sent out.
