"We really enjoyed the stay. Self check in process is quite easy. A digital key is used to access the room, although this is our first time using a digital key, we found it quite handy. The room is large even for three people. The room is clean, neat, and tidy provided with a double bed and a single bed, a comfy sofa, a big table complete with water boiler, a nice selection of tea, coffee, sugar, and creamer. The check out process was also quite easy. Surely we will come back to the hotel when we visit Dortmund again."

We felt really comfortable; everyone was super nice, from the concierge to the service staff and reception. It was about a 5-8 minute walk from the main train station and easy to find. The breakfast was delicious; they kept refilling it, even right before closing time. The hotel's dog, Flora, did the best job :-) The room was very nice and clean!!! Beautiful courtyard and delicious gins at the bar. This is now our favorite hotel in Dortmund. We highly recommend it.

AilessgIt's good, but there are a lot of flies flying in from the balcony, and the front desk is a bit offensive, but the price-performance ratio is relatively high

The room was generally clean, the breakfast was very good, the location was excellent, and I would definitely come back next time. The price was also quite reasonable. Overall, it was a good experience.

The room was very clean, and I really appreciated the separate shower and toilet in the bathroom! They have both heating and air conditioning too. The only downside is that the window seemed to be locked and couldn't be opened for ventilation, but I guess that's understandable for safety reasons. The staff were all very friendly.

We were travelling to the BVB game. The location of the hotel is perfect! You will come to the Iduna Park signal in just 30 minutes walk.
Our rooms were beautiful and comfortable with view of the stadium. All was clean and ordened. Only a little more deposit facilities in the bathroom would be great.
All staff were very friendly. After the game we had something to eat in the hotel. It is definitely recommended. A small but fine selection of dishes that also fitted with the price-performance ratio. Breakfast was delicious.
Once we come back to Dortmund, we will definitely stay back in the courtyard.

The room is a bit small, but the location is good, right in the center of Dortmund, the surrounding environment is also very good, comfortable and quiet. The facilities are a bit old, but it is considered big in Ibis

While the weather is poor, the room doesn't even have a few lights... The facilities are very poor, not four stars

A very nice hotel, centrally located with great public transport connections. It was clean, and my room even had its own balcony. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was a little small but perfectly functional. The only minor improvement would be a mirror in the main room, but otherwise, it was fantastic. I'll definitely be back!

Anonymous UserEverything was great except the fact that you are supposed to tell 2 days ahead of your arrival that you will check-in. That's unusual when you booked your hotel in advance. Eventually I could reach them a day before my arrival and it was no problem to check-in ahead of time for an ”early-check in” fee.

Ansprechende, moderne Ausstattung, keine Mängel bei Sauberkeit, Frühstück auf gutem Niveau, lediglich das Hotelumfeld ist nicht besonders.
