GGuest UserBest hotel I have stayed!!! Thank you very much for every detail specially for the baby. There was a cot, baby bath, all bathroom amenities for the baby and ever to milk heated! We truly appreciate this! Better hotel than 5star hotels in Barcelona, London and Madrid!!! The concierge team were so helpful too :)

GGuest UserThe Voco Bilbao is a comfortable hotel with great staff. My room was great and my stay - very enjoyable. The choices at their restaurant were limited and the place was a bit of a walk away from downtown but in spite of this, the efforts of the staff to improve every aspect of my stay made up for these drawbacks.

Vicci Consulado de Bilbao has a fantastic location—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It’s perfect for exploring Bilbao on foot.
The room itself was stylish and clean, though quite compact. If you’re traveling light, it’s fine, but space is definitely tight. One funny (and slightly painful) moment: I actually fell off the bed! It’s positioned close to the wall and a bit narrow, so maybe not ideal if you toss and turn at night.
Despite that, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the hotel was modern and welcoming. I’d recommend it for solo travelers or couples who don’t mind a snug space and want to be in the middle of the action.

JJimmy _ValenciaWe had such a great time this year for Semana Grande. And the Axel Hotel was in the perfect location for us. Right on the river next to a great spot for drinks and food. The rooftop pool is also a great spot to watch the fireworks! The staff was so helpful and friendly. And although we didn't need housekeeping while we were staying there they offered every day to clean our room or swap out towels or necessities for us. What a great experience. We will definitely be back!

GGuest UserI really enjoyed my 1 night here and was very good for a hostel . Beds were comfy and private and bathrooms were lovely and clean . The staff were super helpful and accommodating and was such a social hub with things to do each night and makes it much easier for meeting people while travelling . The breakfast was a great deal too and luggage storage was super helpful .
As well as popping in and out of ther hub area even after I had left . Felt very looked after and will be coming back

HHosanChoose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city.
What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage.
The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers.
We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom.
The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

GGuest UserGood location, you can get main sites by walk. Room is quite and clean, very comfortable bed and pillow. Breakfast is average. Omelette was cold and too salted. We ordered fried eggs, but it was full of oil. But if you don’t eat eggs- you will enjoy this breakfast.

MMija OstercMy stay with hotel Quartier was just splendid. You felt like at home immideatly when you stepped through the door. The people feel like home and you feel really safe. I felt so really good there, my bed was on perfect location too, and I stayed quite long. I will never forget my experience. Also the breakfast was so good to have, you could see they work with love. I give all the stars. Please continue, I had such a good time with you. You were my nice home in Bilbao.
