"This is the best hotel we have stayed in for the price I’m so glad we chose this one as it was a very comfortable room huge twin beds, very comfortable mattresses, pillows and bedding. One comfy arm chair plus desk chair, suitcase stands, glasses, mugs, kettle etc mini fridge , bottled water provided, excellent shower with quality fittings. Very quiet room and excellent location for the city centre and the river and metro & tram stops. Highly recommend"

"It's just across the street from San Mames Stadium, so it's the first choice for watching football. The front desk staff are also very welcoming. Although the room is not big, it is clean and has good lighting. There are several restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient for eating. There is a large grocery store on the next street, which is very convenient for shopping. In the early morning, I went to the airport front desk to help call a taxi. Good experience."

Things to note: -Our room didn't have a wardrobe, just a couple of shelves for clothes. -The shower, being separated from the bedroom by a screen, isn't very private, and it tends to get the floor a bit wet. It's a budget hotel, so for us, it wasn't a big issue as we were only there to sleep. However, some people might prefer more comfort."
