Отель расположен не самом центре. До музея Гугенхайма пешком минут 10, до старого города 25. В первый день шел сильный дождь и нас протек потолок. Нам сразу поменяли номер, причем на улучшенный. Очень хорошие завтраки.

A wonderful hotel and very friendly staff.. After coming long before check-in we were able to go to the shower and bring ourselves in order after the road and immediately went to explore the wonderful Bilbao! The Gugneneheim Museum is just in a walk of availability.. The pleasant breakfasts and delicious coffee!

The hotel was in a great location - walking distance to everywhere and only ten minutes from the bus stop coming from the airport. Lots of bars and eateries near-by and not far from the main shopping area in one direction and the football stadium in the other. The bedroom was spacious and clean but pretty basic. The room was quiet. The buffet breakfast was excellent (apart from the coffee) and the hotel had a small bar and seating area that was usually busy. A decent spot that is usually well-priced ( I was there for rugby and it was over-priced!)

There is a large supermarket on the 6th floor of the British company to buy a variety of food. This hotel has no front desk, but there is a 24-hour online front desk. The only downside is that after booking, I didn't receive any email notifications about how to check in. So we went to the hotel door, rang the doorbell to connect to the hotel's online service, sent us an email, and gave the entry password. You will then need to check in online, you can use the link of the email or have a check in machine. Check in requires a photo of the booking and a selfie. You will then need to fill in the ID information of all the guests. You will receive the room number and password after checking in. After entering the room, there are snacks such as water in welcome gift, . Very intimate. You can download the hotel's app, you can use your mobile phone to unlock it, which is very convenient. highly recommended!

It's the second time you hosted me in this accommodation, it's very comfortable, near the metro, the attention is incredibly kind, the rooms are usually very large, clean and modern, the only thing, This time I had to pick up a single room since nothing left, the bed though already pony that is a single ... I think it would be amazing that it was a little bigger than 80cm, missing a large body towel, The dressing table is the coffee table.. which made it impossible to hang your clothes as long jackets and boil the water ... I recommend you to change the site or the coffee table and boiler or the dressing table, for the rest all right.

Overall good experience, good stay, good price, good sized room. Location was good. Beds were comfortable and not too small. Room was basic but we knew that going in. There was a microwave wave and fridge. It took us a while to figure out the air conditioning but it worked. There wasn’t soap in the bathroom. Some issues were that it being a dorm it didn’t have things that you would find in a hotel room like a blow dryer or cups. So we could heat water in microwave but we had to buy cups to hold the water in. If we had access to a kettle or a blow dryer or mugs, even paying to rent one would have made things easier. The laundry room did not accept coins so we had to download an app to wash our chonies. I’m not sure giving some app my credit info to be able to clean my chonies was worth it.

Это замечательное место: яркий дизайн и чистота. Стратегически расположено очень удобно: автовокзал находится прямо в том же здании под землей. Там же метро. Я жила на 10 этаже и весь город был как на ладони! Однозначно рекомендую!

The hotel is quite new overall. Check-in is strictly from 4 PM, but you can leave your luggage in the adjacent student dormitory building (up a small hill 😃). Unfortunately, the room didn't have a kettle or cups, only glass tumblers. There was just one frying pan and one pot. All other amenities were excellent. The gym is quite spacious and well-equipped for a hotel.
