Winston7A very nice place to park yourself when visiting Cambridge due to its great location (next to St John’s & River Cam) and good shopping and dining options all within 5-10 mins walk. Rooms are decent size with well stocked kitchen. Best of all they have a gym, washing & drying facilities and a lively and lovely dining area with a super bar. Very friendly staff and a shout out to Suhas at reception who looked after us during our stay. It’s also a location where many Uni students frequent to revise and chill, right next to the Cambridge Students’ Union building

Guest UserThis hotel feels relatively new, so the facilities are all in good condition, and it's cleaner than most Holiday Inns in the UK. The price is also quite reasonable.

Given the amount of luggage we had and the inconvenience of finding a taxi, we booked this hotel, which is super convenient, located just 100 meters from Cambridge Station exit. The king-size bed in the family room is made up of two single beds pushed together, making it very spacious. The room itself is quite large by UK hotel standards; we could easily open up two large suitcases. This is an older hotel, but the bathroom has been renovated and feels very modern and comfortable to use. Breakfast is a typical Western-style meal, not a huge selection, but enough to fill you up.

This hotel is located by the river, just a short walk, less than ten minutes, from Cambridge University and the shopping center. The river view rooms offer beautiful scenery, including a small park across the way. The room was clean with a lovely British style, and the bed was very comfortable. A tip for staying in UK hotels: it's best to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers, as rooms typically don't provide them. Since I brought my own, I didn't need to ask the front desk if they had any.

This was the largest room I stayed in during my UK trip. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to Trinity College and King's College in Cambridge city center. The area around is very quiet, and there's a supermarket about 100 meters away, so you can buy groceries and cook your own meals. There are also fast-food burger places nearby. Transportation is very convenient; you can take bus route 1 from Cambridge train station and it drops you right at the hotel entrance. When I first checked in, I found the cleanliness a bit lacking, especially the long sofa. However, after exploring the Cambridge University area, I realized that the entire Cambridge seems to have this damp, slightly old-fashioned feel. The shower was very comfortable, and the bathroom was also super spacious.

Amazing stay, at an amazing place! Everything located at a walking distance a cafés, food joints, pubs, etc. The hotel staff was amazing and welcoming! Took care of checking in a jiffy. While I didn’t opt for the breakfast, the spread was good enough to start your day.
The sleep was comfortable, neat and clean sheets, sink to wash your face and brush your teeth. What more can you ask for! Thank you for the lovely say.

Anonymous UserThis is also a very good hotel. The front desk service was excellent. Initially, there was an issue with the air conditioning in my room – it couldn't be manually adjusted. I informed the front desk, and they immediately moved me to a new room. The AC in the new room worked perfectly, making my stay very comfortable. Thumbs up for the service!
The breakfast was good. My favorite dishes were replenished constantly, and the fish was delicious. The coffee was also nice. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable.

Breakfast is average, it is normal, nothing special. The room is too small, and it is rare to live in such a small room at this price. There is a chair in the room, and it is necessary to find a waiter to give another chair. From the picture posted on the door, we stayed in the smallest room in the whole hotel. Really unhappy.

Great downtown location, super convenient for getting around. Lots of universities nearby and plenty of Chinese restaurants within walking distance. They provide shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, hand cream, and tissues. Toothpaste and toothbrushes aren't in the room, but you can ask for them at the front desk. The room is spacious and clean.

While the hotel itself and rooms are fine. You have to pay extra for parking which is clearly just for capitalist gains as it’s on property.
They advertise a pool (one of the main reasons we picked the hotel), which we were told on arrival has been closed for years, yet no thought to advertise this online was thought of? No instead they keep a picture of said swimming pool online when it would be a simple manner of taking one picture down to stop disappointment. They keep it up to attract visitors unfortunately.
The water in the room for shower and bath simply did not go hot, but rather a low lukewarm. Breakfast also cost £15 which we opted not to do due to competition prices being so much lower for the same thing.
Ultimately, it was a disappointing stay mainly due to their misinformation than the room itself.
