GGuest UserThis is an excellent hotel located right in the old town of Rethymno. It was easy to explore the charming streets on foot, and the central bus station—perfect for day trips—was just a 10-minute walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to share local tips and recommendations, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast offered a classic continental selection, including fresh eggs, sausages, bread, pastries, and fruits. Everything was fresh and satisfying. While the swimming pool is on the smaller side, it was a lovely bonus and a great spot to cool off after a day of sightseeing.
I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Rethymno.

GGuest UserGreat location, nice rooms (we were treated to a free upgrade). Nice breakfast with fresh orange juice served in the courtyard. No parking in immediate vicinity, but you can usually find a free spot close to the sea. Quality of tea served on the premises could be improved, same for toiletries.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very new, with good facilities, and meets the five-star standard. The location is also very good, right by the sea, opposite the beach is nice, there are two swimming pools in the hotel, the children had a lot of fun playing in the water. The hotel I booked included two meals, the taste was great, very satisfied. The fee for one more child is 48 euros. It is reasonable according to its facilities, I hope to have the opportunity to go there again next time.

GGuest UserGreat location, just across the street from the beautiful sandy beach. The pool is bigger than what it seems in the pictures. We were in a comfortable 2-bedroom apartment, furnished with everything you need and lots of windows and two balconies. Just be aware that the price on trip.com does not include the the a/c. Ileas and his family are very friendly and helpful hosts. Thank you!

SSherina&RonnyThe standard rooms are very cramped which I would not book again. We asked for a bigger room and we got it without any problems. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Even if you want to park in the street. Please note otherwise it is paid parking on a site further on. Old town is within walking distance 2 min. Walking to the beach is 8-10 min. Enough bars and eateries in the street. Location and staff are really a 10. Didn't go swimming because it was too cold but pool is smaller than it looks in the photos. Hotel is very nicely decorated it can be seen that it has just been renovated.

GGuest UserThe Hotel is located at a 25 min walking distance from the old town. There is no on site parking. The nearest free parking is 10 to 12 mins by walk. The family room is not appropriately designed. The main bed is in a loft with no ventilation or air conditioner. The toilet is very small. The breakfast at the restaurant is very sparse. Expected much better. This is not a value for money hotel.
